Just completed! I always, always enjoy doing your 10 minute workout sessions, Dr. Kristie! I appreciate that you make each video short but powerful enough to keep me coming back for more exercise! Thanks so much.
Nice. I feel better. The last exercise while stretching my right side I heard a loud pop every time I lifted my knee. I kelp going hoping it would stop. Should I be worried about this. I am 60 and recently had several surgeries so I have been inactive.
Hi Dr Kristi, are you able to show modifications video to those who lie on the floor because of dizziness? I tried the bed, but still didn’t help, part of the problem, I have a 1 in memory foam.
Oh I’m sorry! See if these videos are better for you: ruclips.net/video/3ZkFa6O80B0/видео.htmlsi=-ZGRwQCnEOaxWtQh ruclips.net/video/ZhlmVGzVbB0/видео.htmlsi=-arLojMviBX2_5e2
@ Ty, seems much better. I will try doing this video in the evening after taking some Dramamine, then I’d be able to lie down afterwards if feeling lightheaded. I suffer from intense vertigo from time to time, pesky inner ear crystals I guess, and I know about the Eply maneuver, but it usually takes me an entire day to recover when I have a vertigo episode
It definitely depends on what type of surgery you had and what your precautions are. For example, the restrictions for an anterior approach are very different than a posterior.
It's great to see you back, Dr. Ennis. Thanks for another very helpful video. 😁
Thanks so much!

As usual, I finished first.
As usual, nobody cares. Sports isn't about finishing first, it's about doing it right
@shilatdahan1591 lol. This isn't a sport. I wasn't talking about a sport. Lots of sports are about finishing first.

No hip movement at all. You even state, keep the abs tight and will add a little hip movement in. This video focuses on abs and core. No hips. SMH lol
