My sister always complains whenever I sing no matter how quiet, and my parents are sick of the ukulele after 10 minutes

It's completely my responsibility which is also freeing. I don't have to stifle my orgasms. My house stays cleaned longer. Reiteration that music can be blasted as loud as I want it to whenever I want it to. I also do not have neighbors so...bonus. I can be a weirdo and a genius but no one would ever know that is until my gf moves in lol
I got my own rental place just when the pandemic started in 2020 and a job that 70‰ remote. Plan to keep this living alone lifestyle years to come! I've been always sharing room with my siblings, schoolmates at boarding school and college. So, having a space of my own is such a bless! If any of you have a chance and financial means, I encourage to give it a try.

All my food in the fridge, my messes to pick up or not, my rules, when I leave or come back, who is there or not, what's on the tv, what's on the radio. Just amazing. Do it when you're able to.
I love living alone, I have full reign of my life and home. I don't have to make anyone else happy or do stuff for others. I can eat what I want, do what I want, hang out with who I want.
