Absolutely. Plus pants are almost never particularly eye-catching and pretty like dresses are. Which is why I own more dresses than pants, even though I wear pants on the daily... I'm not a leggings person, but leggings are way more comfortable and forgiving than dress pants are. If I wear them with a nice longer top, I can get away with it at work.
