- So, we are getting married and I eventually have to find something to wear, so I decided to go wedding dress shopping and film it all so you guys could join us and see what I picked! We went to LOHO Bride in West Hollywood and tried on a bunch of dresses in a "Say Yes To The Dress" type ~scenario~. Do you guys want to see more wedding planning?

I remember, this video came out on the morning of my first a-level exam. I was awake super early but the exam didn't start until like 9, so I watched it in an attempt to distract myself.
And it somewhat worked, it was very relaxing and pleasant and I went on to get the best possible grade in that exam, so... thanks Safiya lol

I have seen Safiya’s wedding series so many times. And in so many different times of my life. I started from being single, to finding a boyfriend, to finally marrying my best friend. It is so beautiful to relate and pick on different things as time goes by. 😊😊😊

I fell in love with my wedding dress years before I met my husband. I was dress shopping with my sister and couldn’t stop gazing at this gorgeous, draped, Grecian gown. I knew that was the dress I wanted to wear to my own wedding three years later I spotted it on last call clearance at another store I fit perfectly into the only dress they had in stock and walked out that day with my soul mate. (The dress, not my husband but he’s pretty great)

I got mine at a David’s Bridal. I’m an older bride, and won’t be passing the gown down in my family. I didn’t want to spend too much on the dress, but still wanted to look like a bride.
Our venue is a Vegas wedding chapel and will be small with just family and my best friend.
I found an A-line in blush pink and a tulle skirt. Sweep train not a long one.I didn’t think I wanted a veil but found a simple one that looked really nice. All told it came to about $850
I took my mom,sister and best friend. I’m a little more traditional in that I don’t want my fiancé to see the dress until I’m coming down the aisle.

BUT so many times I’ve watched videos where people take us around and try on dresses and DON’T show us THE dress and it kills me!! So thank you so much for letting us share this moment with you. I know I'm very late but when Safiya quoted The Princess Bride, I lost it. I love that movie with ever fiber of my being and have seen it a million times. I even have the Funko pops and the card game
