  • In recent years, many universities have expressed their commitment to a holistic, socially-engaged vision of higher education and are increasingly supporting students to develop character and attributes. These are the qualities necessary for students to navigate the fourth industrial revolution, flourish, and make a positive contribution to society.
In this webinar series, six world-renowned universities recognised for their focus on character education will share their knowledge and expertise. The international webinar series will feature presentations on the role of universities in helping their students to cultivate the character and attributes required for human flourishing.
Dr. Michael Lamb, Executive Director of the Program of Leadership and Character, Wake Forest University, and Kenneth Townsend, Executive Director of Leadership and Character in the Professional Schools, Wake Forest University, led a webinar sharing their work on human flourishing and the cultivation of character in their students.
Advocating ‘taught’, ‘caught’ and ‘sought’ methods for the development of character and leadership, the webinar highlighted how important character virtues are in tomorrow’s leaders.
