ABOUT THE SHOW: Patrick Peterson and Bryant McFadden have made a living for their coverage skills on the football field, and while it's a different technique, they're now applying those traits on their new podcast 'All Things Covered'. Instead of wide receivers, tight ends and running backs, they'll be covering sports, entertainment, social issues, personal interests and more. Every Tuesday, the 8-time Pro Bowler Peterson and 2-time Super Bowl champion McFadden will discuss what's happening on the gridiron as well as what intrigues them off the field. Each week they'll welcome a star from the sports and entertainment world to have wide-ranging conversations about what interests them. Guests can include active or former football players but also athletes and influencers from other sports and walks of life. Football is how we know our hosts, but far from what defines Pat and BMac. The name says everything; expect all things to be covered! - Спорт
Its bama, 3s and waterboys are better than most college teams
Alabama’s Waterboys are 6’4 and run 4.4s

This class will go down as the best under Coach Saban
No lies told. Saban put a whole new team in. Kirby was like 🤯
I knew they were legit after the Vandy game
Lmao vandy ain’t never shit
@@dshiznit8341 lmao true
Vanderbilt is Vanderbilt for a reason 😂 they never do anything
Facts
100% agreed! Watching Tua’s squad come in during that Vandy game, had me going to the kitchen to find some popcorn. It was like they were using another playbook. And it was definitely during the Vandy game when I knew Jalen was only the starter out of respect. And that’s no diss to Jalen, because it forced him to step up his game to become the dynamic QB we saw at Oklahoma. It wasn’t that he was incapable at Bama, his own athleticism kept him from developing other aspects of his game due to getting away with it from high school on back. Which happens to so many super athletic QB’s.
That lineup change cost me some bread
And made me some!
Me too. Lost $2k with the simplest of adjustments 😭 lol

That makes 3 of us he was just a grown man playing w lil boys
That bama class was an all time great
Quinnen Williams, Leatherwood, Ruggs, Xavier McKinney, Irv Smith Jr, Mac Jones were also Freshman. So wild….then you mention that Jalen Hurts, Trevon Diggs, J Jacobs, Dionte Thompson, Jonah Williams, and others were only Sophomores…that talent mixed with youth was truly crazy
Trevon Diggs didn’t play. He wasn’t better than Toney Brown, Anthony Averett or Levi Wallace. He was probably the 9th best DB on the team.
Jalen Ramsey told y’all Trevon Diggs isn’t good. He just gamble on defense. That’s why he had 11 ints. Overrated
Trevon Diggs was getting burnt by a WR7 in practice so he decided to delete his twitter account. I told you isn’t good 🤣🤣🤣

I remember watching them play their A-Day game in 2017….. The first time i saw Tua throw the ball deep, it took my breath away! I knew that freshman squad was special!
The talent in the SEC is incredible.
The talent at Bama…Now UGA and when LSU…A&M has to prove it…is right is incredible the rest of the sec is like any other middle of the road power 5.
SEC top heavy rn tbh
SEC is the best conference. 🔥🔥🔥💯
That's how Bama always is, people always bring up important positions they lost in the draft despite the fact Saban always has a backup that's just as good as that starter if not better.
Yea when they put them boys in Georgia was not ready for them and imma Georgia fan. That game had me crying literally straight tears.
I can honestly say as a Dawgs fan that UGA overachieved that season. If they would’ve won the title it would’ve been insane to me. They did not have the roster. If we would’ve beat Bama that year it would’ve been all on Nick.
@@stevenlsmall05 we did have the roster we had a great defense. We had a top 5 run game. We got cheated on that BS offside on that blocked punt. That bs call Kirby made on 4&2 to run the ball with Justin fields cost us the game too.

Najee's freshman class of 2017 was probably the best freshman class in CFB history. That class was just LOADED!
That's how the 2023 class is going to be!!! Can't wait!
That’s wild thinking back on the second half of that game…I remember thinking it was wild that Tua did his thing, but I didn’t think about how all of them were freshman like that!
The amount of talent on that team was insane 🤯 as well as the 2019 Alabama vs. LSU game too.
2019 lsu vs alabama was the most talent on a field in history
Harris is exactly the kinda personality the Steelers need. Even if he is outgoing, he’s not an Ahole. He’s got a good heart and will be a great influence in the locker room for years to come

Dylan Moses was goated at one point
So when he became a 1. the 2’s were better as well then. I think the issue would be Bama 1’s could be burnout or mentally exhausted and the freshman are eager to prove themselves.
Saban knows this and knows when to put the eager kids in
Those ones weren’t bad either. Hurts, Cam Sims, Robert Foster, Damien Harris/Josh Jacobs. Just a nasty team.

Imagine if those 1s and 2s went to HBCUs......those power 5s wouldn't be NOTHING WITHOUT OUR BLACK ATHLETES.
Facts I really hope we make it a thing again
They wouldn’t have all the facilities, coaching, nutritionist, doctors and resources to be the as good as they tend to become at schools like Alabama.
@@lanardfletcher1422 This isn't true.......or necessarily needed. Before blacks were even allowed to attend so-called Power 5 schools HBCUs produce over 30 NFL HOFers.......furthermore nutritionist and facilities don't produce talent........because they didn't produce Jerry Rice or Walter Payton.
@@kocs98 It’s very much true. Schools like Alabama spend more money on football than JSU spends on the entire school. What do you think that moneys going to? They’re getting the best of everything. If you give good players the best of everything, that gives them the opportunity to be best of the best. That includes Walter Payton and Jerry Rice. Just because they were great when they were drafted doesn’t mean they wouldn’t have been even better if they had had the resources that ND and USC had. I wouldn’t advise anybody to play make decisions based on emotions or identity. Id tell any kid to go where it makes the most sense. They don’t owe black folks, JSU, Walter Payton or Deion Sanders anything. The only thing they owe is to become the best they can be for their own families. Forget being a martyr. Get your money.
@@lanardfletcher1422 You fail to realize going to a so-called Power 5 gurantee you nothing but a little more exposure....exposure is pointless if you are an average player.........getting better looking dorms, weight rooms and fancy locker rooms doesn't enhance a player's talent level.......with all their $$$$$$ a power 5 still couldn't land the nation's #1 recruit ( Travis Hunter) or the 37th rank national player (Isaiah Kendall).......their talent will get them to the next level......not how much stuff they have access to.
That was the weirdest title game Cz the upper classman were on both sides being subbed out for Freshman. It was insane and incredible. I thought whoever was younger was gonna win 🤣😅 with the way that game went.
