I'm a Brown's fan and remember this guy. I was really upset they cut him, especially after he took a kickoff to the house in a preseason game. How can you not admire this guy??

Video says that he, at the door, falsely stated that he knew Alonzo Highsmith when he didn't, after he studied Alonzo so that he could defend the lie, so that they would physically let him in to do the tryout.
Not sure why people are having trouble understanding that as qualifying the statement "he lied to get in." Like...that's a lie. Pretty simple. We're not judging it. We're just stating the reality: he lied...to get in.

If nothing else this man will end up on the practice squad. I did a paid internship with the Titans (officially defensive quality control if you ever wondered what that term meant) and basically everyone on the practice squad was there because of pure determination. See NFL teams want hard working guys on PS because its kinda like a way of saying to roster guys "look this dude aint making nearly what you are and he's out here busting his ass whats your excuse". Its clear that this guy grinds hard af and trust me coaches notice that. Even if you arent the most skilled guy if you go out there and grind everyday you will get noticed and that really goes for everything but especially in the NFL.
yeah I don't rate his chances at the main roster, but his chances to make the practice squad are pretty good
