You truly have captured the essence of the location with these beautiful shots, Keith. It proves that one does not have to venture far from home to create photographs if one has the vision to see what is around.
Hi David - Firstly, thanks for your very kind comments. They mean a lot to me. Over the years, I have been really bad at going out in my local area to shoot, as we are far from the coast or hills, but I am trying to force myself to enjoy shooting locally and finding new ways to shoot the familiar. Best, Keith
Beautiful work Keith. Love the beech tree. (the other shots are pretty damn good too!)
Thank you Izzy (and sorry to the delay - my life is far from tranquil at the moment!!). I love that you like the beech tree image. It was a special capture for me - my first halfway decent woodland photo
Have to say I like the English woodlands - something tranquil about them. Nice photos Keith. Your photos illustrate how important lighting is to a well composed photo. Greetings from Australia.
Hello Australia!!! Thanks for your great comments. I am always looking for great light, and yesterday I got reasonably lucky. Best, Keith
