Honestly, this is incredible. I'm at that stage of life where things change, I'm struggling with horrible hot flashes, insomnia and anxiety that keep me up until 5-6am no matter when I go to bed. I have no idea how I found the Turkish Barber guy but I watched it because it was oddly relaxing. Then I found you and for the last 6 nights I'm unconscious by 1-2am!! I'm so addicted I find myself counting down the hours until bed!! This literally has changed everything for me! Thank you Julia!!

I have watched at dozens of ASMR since I "discovered" there was a name to my affection for people whispering, watching repetitive motions or someone working at a perfecting task, and regardless of what you are doing, whether is giving someone neck and shoulder massage or back massage or roleplaying, you are my #1 and I keep coming back to watch your entire videos. The others, I only watch for a few minutes. Keep doing what you are doing and trust your instincts! Yes, love the roleplaying videos!

I think energy work is an esoteric term. I'm not the best at explaining something I don't fully understand myself. It's something about changing a person's overall feel to bring forth positive change in attitude, ways of thinking and finally in bodily health. :) Oh yeah, it can definitely be a religious term too!

I think energy work is an esoteric term. I'm not the best at explaining something I don't fully understand myself. It's something about changing a person's overall feel to bring forth positive change in attitude, ways of thinking and finally in bodily health. :)
