- In today's video, I give Dani a light massage with some reiki to bring her into a state of total relaxation. We will discuss some techniques for and relieving anxiety stemming from loss or emotional distress. Dani was a joy to have in my home and I am grateful I had the opportunity to work with her.

Regardless of sounds and hand movements giving me tingles and making me super relaxed, when I watch you give massages you move so fluidly against the hair and skin that I feel it's a calling of yours to do this. My boyfriend is always under some kind of stress and would always ask me to play with his hair. At first I found it weird but I realized that it was a coping mechanism for him with stress and after that I always brush or play with his hair no questions asked

Since you have so many dark haired models, I would suggest wearing like a marled gray top or some other color than black. It's just that when you play with your models hair, there sometimes isn't enough contrast between your top and her hair to sort of get the full effect if you know what I mean. i know you don't want to stand out, but maybe like a heather gray would allow you to sort of stay in the background and still allow your work to be in focus

I came to the comments to say just this! It might be hard for some people (like myself who has bad eye sight) to see what she was doing to her hair. :( it was either not get the full effect or turn up the brightness on my phone & intensify my migraine. 😭😭

I recently found out my cousin hung himself. So as soon as you said this would be focusing on dealing with loss my eyes jolted awake. (I like to listen to your videos as I try to fall asleep.) I would just like to thank you. Even without seeing the videos I get a deep sense of calm from just the voice and other audio aspects. Giovanna hi bud ! Joining clubs gives you a good opportunity to make friends are you’re around a lot of people you have to talk to and if it gets awkward you can focus on whatever the activity is that you’re doing. Hobbies are great for making friendss :)

Giovanna I’m sorry you’re going through this, that is a tough transition. I know it’s hard, but try to use it as an opportunity to focus on things you like to do that your friends don’t (or to figure out what those things might be). The commenter above me is totally right that joining clubs, volunteering, or other group activities are a great way to make friends. In addition, it’s also great and so underrated to take time to get more comfortable in your own skin by being alone with yourself.

I was in the same situation for 17 years and tbh it will get better once people mature up and see others for who they really are. In school people always put on a bravado but life always has a funny way of making things work out. If you think positive then positive things will start to happen. Trust me on this one bud :)

I always lose what’s running and running through my mind when I hear your whisper. And your right about the brushing. My mind just goes to another level when I get my hair played with, and it always makes me think of my grandmother who used to let me place my head in her lap while she ran her hands and fingers through my hair!😍 human touch is a beautiful thing
i would just love if you did a hair cutting video, even if it was just a trim for a model or yourself, or on a mannequin. i think that would be soo relaxing especially if you whispered throughout and did some water spraying too!

I was hoping you would upload this video in time for me to watch before bed lastnight, it's ok that you waited until you did because I'm now watching as I put my son down for a nap. I often watch ASMR videos durring our nursing sessions and his naptime, it definitely relaxes me and that is so good for the baby too. Being relaxed is good sooo for milk supply!
