ASMR relaxing head & face massage | Gabbriette (whisper)

- In today's video, I give Gabbriette a relaxing head, face, and neck massage. This was one of my favorite videos to film because I woke up with anxiety (for no reason) and felt completely at peace while filming and after the video.

FRESH BASIL TEA (reduces infllamtion, natural anesthetic): Bring a small pot of water to a gentle boil, add 5-10 fresh basil leaves and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn heat off and remove/strain leaves (you can wait until the temperature is less hot to avoid burns if you prefer). Sweeten with local raw honey when tea reaches temperature drops to 100 degrees Farenheit or below(optional). Adding honey to water that is too hot with destroy beneficial enzymes. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.

I just realized another thing that makes these videos even greater is the fact that they're aesthetically pleasing, the background suits and supports the mood, along with the aesthetic of your pretty hands and the model's faces and such, the balance is great

I agree. The overall mood in these videos is wildly relaxing, the backgrounds are calm and natural, and I think its important that it is a home and not just an artificial set or prop.

I love how caring you are. I mean you prepare special customized oils and sprays for every session and the final part with the water, tea..etc. These are small things but they really show us how much a caring person you are. 🙏🏻

Finally taking the time to tell you how much your videos have impacted me. I found you sometime last May when I was pretty deep in the grieving process after my dad suddenly died of cancer just a few months before his retirement. In August I went off on a 500 mile hike across Spain in honor of him because it was his dream to complete it when he retired. The whole walk was over 5 weeks and was extremely grueling. When I was alone in the hostels at night after walking 15-25 miles a day, some pretty traumatic memories haunted me and I would get flung into panic attacks regularly. One of the only things that could pacify my mind enough to sleep was your asmr videos, and this one in particular because it came out while I was on the Camino. Gabbriette is a gd angel and the sound is on point. This is all to say, thank you SO MUCH for making this and all the others. I figured it couldn't hurt to hear from yet another person who you've helped tremendously. The calming powers of your videos are REAL and so so appreciated. Thanks a million, Julia!

Also I meant to mention that the audio is perfect. I have to wear earplugs to bed because I’m a 3rd shifter in a noisy house but I can still hear everything in the video perfectly. Many ASMR videos are way too hushed for me even at full volume or they sound muffled. Great work as always.

They’re so so relaxing, and insomnia runs in my family pretty bad, lots of anxiety and restlessness and I swear these just are so calming and soothing. Completely a ingle parent going to nursing school and stress doesn’t even begin to cover it. These are such a treasure.

I discovered you only yesterday! I have endured social anxiety issues all my life. As I get older they seem to be worse. Watching this is very moving. EVERY SINGLE movement with your hands is like a dance. You are very aware of 'grounding' and making sure that you do not use quick movements to upset the flow! The way I see you just stroking your clients’ hair as the video begins even before you start talking just seems so maternal! As well as when you move away to get oils or your special spray, you always keep a hand on them, I feel, to let them know they’re safe and you’re still there and it’s so endearing to me
