- In today’s video, I perform a massage treatment on Juliette. Juliette and I were aquainted through mutual friends and although this was our first time meeting, we were able to estalish a mutual sense of trust and safety for the duration of the session. Juliette's energy is very caring and uplifting, beautiful inside and out.
Sorry for any background noise towards the beginning to middle of this video - I generally film around early evening, my preferred time for these sessions. Unfortunately background noise is inevitable sometimes as I live in a busy city. Yes she is wearing a shirt. My Grandmother used to do this for me as a child. I was very sick with Lupus and I was abused. She didn't really have a name for it then. But she whispered and said comforting words and phrases. She'd brush my hair and apply continuous light touch. I really couldn't have survived at all without my Grandma. I miss her so much.

If you go to places like Japan or Israel, or other places considered "Eastern", people who are just friends would hug each other, cuddle up very close, some even holding hands, but it's all platonic.
Over here on the Western continents, if a male and female are platonic friends, it's immediately assumed that they are in a romantic relationship.
I don't know what caused everybody to think this way, but I don't like it at all.

It’s always so interesting to see what triggers other people. For me, the sounds of her mouth actually detracted from the ASMR. However, that’s not always the case for every video. Weird, huh?

watching this is the only time i’ve ever gotten tingles, i’ve been listening too asmr for 6 years and never gotten tingles until now
I am new to ASMR, but so far never enjoyed the whisper or talking videos. That is, until I discovered this video! Whispering has always been kinda painful to me as it hits a frequency and tone my ears do not enjoy, but your video was so relaxing. While I don't often experience tingles and didnt with the video, I did very much enjoy it and found it so relaxing.
I also loved all the information you provided and how educational it was. It was right in my areas of expertise and passions.
