Around 10 minutes is the relative motions (eg what you're doing around 10:30). Pulling the head left right up and down. The thing is that this really would work but the directions are opposite to what the words are. When you pull my head down, your body shouldn't go down. Relative to my head your body should go up. When your body goes right that means my head is turning left. And also your hands shouldn't be slipping with your body but away from your body. So your hands sort of go in the same direction as your body, but if you were say pulling my head down your hands would slide down while your body relatively goes up.
I don't know, I always imagined it as like when you start to pull something really heavy you always tend to move in the same uniform motion as your arms.
I'm no more surprised by the type of videos he uploads. He's just crazy and ik he loves his work
