Nice find! Make sure you get all the keys and classic covers CGC graded. Glad most of the key books are bagged and boarded already. Books I saw that should be CGC graded if you are going to sell are Avengers 1 and 4, AF15, Spideys 2-4 and 14, Bat 2, Bat 121, all joker covers, TOS 39, DD1, Xmen 1, Flash 1, BB28, all the Timelys...

Anthony Brink pressing is all up to the owner. I don’t press any books in my collection. Heat is not good long term for paper. I have no horse in this race.

Right away I saw avengers 4,the return of captain America which I know is worth decent cash,and some others I recognise to be pretty expensive,well done on the deal and can I move to America and live in your warehouse??? Lol ?? That would be heaven spending my days reading through all those great comics !! And hello from Scotland !

I appreciate the tips you give. those old number 1's you have are awesome. since I didn't see anything in the comments yet. that amazing fantasy 15 is the first appearance of spiderman and you will probably never see another one. put it in a safe. grade it and keep it. it will only appreciate in value.
When getting them graded; get them pressed prior to grading. If you don't know about pressing think about it like ironing a shirt with wrinkles. I believe CGC has pressing services. Congrats! Great find!

You found the collection that was in my mind to own. One day a collection like this will be mine. I did get a haul tho of thousands of dollars of comics and magazines that I paid 300 dollars for and it was worth i would say 50,000 the last thing I would do is put this stuff on youtube or sell them.

Wow what a major awesome amazing comic collection with a wide variety of stuff. That's a Dream Collection for sure. The most valuable comic you have there is the Golden Age Batman number one and you just panned right by it without saying anything about it.
The Comics are amazing,,you keep talking about not getting amazing spiderman #1 but the Amazing Fantasy #15 is Spidey's first appearance and is his most expensive he's in. Amazing I'm full time doing this too. Got a high school friend lives around block from store and his wife has worked there. Love the Vids keep them coming

I know this is a very old video but you have thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars worth of comic books there. I hope that you got good money for them.
What doesn't make sense is whoever had that collection is very wealthy to be able to afford to buy so many great Comics but yet they are poor and can't afford to pay rent on their storage rental unit. Figure that one out. Why would someone not pay their rent and lose such a great collection?
I USED HAVE 3,500 COMICS IN MY COLLECTION BACK IN 1997 BUT THEY WERE ALL DESTROYED IN A FIRE. I DO HAVE A HUGE COLLECTION OF FIGURES AND STATUES FROM DC, MARVEL,SCI-FI,STAR TREK FRANCHISE, STAR WARS, GI JOE, HE-MAN AND TRANSFORMERS.
Rene that Amazing Fantasy #15 you need to put up for in that issue is the FIRST Appearance ever of Spider Man and some copies are like anywhere from $5000 to $1 million USD

Even if They’re not super valuable they can still be a dollar to two dollars apiece comics. Witch are still money makers. Add up how many comics you sell it at a time out of the lot of comics. There’s definitely a lot of older comics there and I would have a lot of those older comics looked at especially because some of them look really early at least 50s and 60s and those ones can be worth quite a bit
Also the old captain Americas (I don't have to tell you that.. you already know those are valuable) and the first black panther appearance along with those early x-mens.. and avengers #1? You hit it big sir :)
Did more research for you Haunt of Fear is #8 & Vault of Horror 20 and I have seen ones in POOR condition not slabbed go for $90-100. Graded they can go for much more and those issues look like they are in good shape.
The Amazing Fantasy 15 (first appearance of Spiderman) alone may cover your 20000.00 investment depending on grading. Spectacular. I'm happy for you but also sad that a true collector did not manage to grab this.

The art work is simply amazing!!!! I love vintage graphics/coloring. Whether it's an old sign, tin, comic book, oil can, etc....love it all!!

I cleaned out a attic in the late 1990s and found a big haul like you did enjoy the fun I know the feeling
I bought a copy of Amazing Fantasy 15 in 1965 for 4pence.Had it taken off me as punishment for minor mischief.

Some of the ones they give out for free are still worth money since everyone either tosses it or didn't care to take good care of them.

Yeah - it was in rough shape, though - maybe only a 1.5 CGC grade. It might fetch $8k or so. Not shabby, but in this hobby, condition is everything.
um time stamp 14.22 ...you have the very first issue of spiderman,the amazing fantasy issue 15 ,that probly is the most valuable comic you have
