      A CGC 8.0 sold for 25K USD.
She had an 8.5 (granted with White Pages) and she got 40K USD cash?!
If you look at historic sales for White Page grade comics they don't always sell for more.
An 8.5 White Pages is never gonna get anywhere close to a Near Mint 9+.

The artwork and storyline was compelling. Jack Kirby’s artwork was bold and exciting. The story of Thor appealed to me for many different reasons. Dr. Donald Blake was a thin, frail man with a serious limp, when he found this stick that he tried to use to support his lame leg with.. He struck the stick on the ground and it turned into the hammer of Thor. That’s what I remember about the story lo these many years ago.

I was reading the comments and you should never sell a key comic book. If you want anywhere near market value, you never ever ever ever ever ever ever take it to a pawnshop.. to be honest, you should not take a book like this to a comic book store because they most likely will screw you over unless they want it for their personal collection. Then they might pay you market value..
