Thank you for the video bring me back good memories best head unit in the early 2000s had the same exact stereo when I was in high school till someone stole it
@@rios3977 I don't have any in this specific model but I have a couple nice pioneers available and other radios. If you want a 7600mp, I'd set up alerts on eBay, offerup, mercari, and Facebook marketplace.
I bought an 02 Tacoma brand new in jan 03. 6 months to a year later I installed that head unit. 18+ years later I still have that head unit. Only 2 issues with it, hard to get cd's out and the screen shuts off sometimes when pushing buttons.
Any idea when these were being sold and installed? I had a pioneer cd player installed in 2006 and it looked a lot like this (not sure if it is the exact one). It was the best one I've ever used, but I don't know what model it was or anything beyond it being Pioneer. The car ended up burning a few years later (unrelated) and I was not able to retrieve it.
@bettereverydayyoutube Hi according to Pac Parts, this model was released in 2004. Sorry to hear about your car! www.pacparts.com/model.cfm?model_id=DEHP7600MP&mfg=Pioneer&back=0&action=list_part
I have the opportunity to get one of these in really good condition just like yours for 200 bucks is that a good deal? Sorry I’m barely starting to learn about these stereos
I sold this one for $180 if I remember correctly. If you are getting all the accessories (remote, mounting cage, trim ring) then it's really up to you. I will say that I don't see this model available very often so it might be worth it if it's the exact thing you are looking for. For $200 there are some cool head units like the P80MP or DEH-P8400MP, DEH-P8500MP that have similar features. Good luck with your choice ✌
I have 2 of these. I used to install car fi back in 2002-05. I had this head unit in a 1999 escort sedan with 4 component sets, audiobaun digital caps, 2-12” DVC audiobaun subs in sealed boxes and 2 pioneer 10” subs in sealed boxes all in the trunk and 2 Power Acoustik amps mounted on the back of the rear seats with the caps. Was this a 2 or 4v pre out? One unit ive had for 15 years needs a capacitor repair. People don’t repair electronics anymore it seems
If it's not turning off by itself when you turn off the car, make sure the red and yellow wires are going to the right place. Otherwise you could turn it off by holding the SRC button.
@@SpwSkittle after the unit is in demo mode, hold the FUNC button and use the right side arrow buttons to navigate the menu. Go to demo mode and I think you push the down button to turn it off. It could also be the left or right button. Once it's off, push the ESC button.
It doesn't. Concert hall/SFC aren't on many pioneer radios for USA. I think it's mainly the DSPs (DEQ-7600/9200) and DEH-P9400MP, DEH-P940MP, DEH-P9300, DEH-P930 radios. Maybe a few others but not many. Might be easier to find Japanese/Euro radios (Carrozzeria).
I bought my Japanese carrozzeria (DEH-919, basically the Japanese version of the DEH-P9400mp) it has the Concert Hall/SFC features. I bought it for 500 bucks
It's usually pretty easy to take apart the faceplates. Just need a little phillips screwdriver and something to help pry open the front/back pieces. There's probably a spring that needs adjustment or replacement. I haven't seen the inside of a unit like this but if I get the chance I can make a video to show how to fix it.
A única maneira é manter pressionado o botão SRC para desligar. então segure o botão FUNC para ativar o menu. Pressione o botão FUNC até que diga Demonstração. pressione o botão "para baixo" para desligar o DEMO
Fun fact: the display is a very early version of an OLED display, then known as an OEL display
😮
Best audio settings on any car stereo thus far.
Had one of those back in the day. Great stereo in its time

Sorry to hear that. I've had my cars stolen so I know the feeling. I do have some for sale to clear up space.

Does it have aux?
It has an auxiliary output in the form of ip bus in which you can get an adapter for aux.
