Hi Aaron checked mine this afternoon. No clunk under acceleration and no grease in the joint. I have the Ontrack rear billet arms if you remember (you fitted my snorkel). 2022 (March) Y62.
Just checked mine. Jan 22 build, 21 thousand k, all looks fine no grease visible or any form of residue. Took some pics but obviously can’t post on here
Hi guys. * Huge safety concern *. We had our lower arm drop off, the other day. ( rh/r). Resulting in the whole wheel/tyre moving backwards, making contact with chassis. Thankfully at maybe 10-20 kph turning left into a driveway. We live in country SA, and travel highways most of the time. If this had happened on the highway and/or whilst towing, it would have resulted in a HUGE accident. We keep all of our vehicles maintained and address any concerns as they arise, however there were no warning signs whilst driving that this was about to happen. Have had a couple of full going-overs of the vehicle, whilst servicing, mainly to address the y62 wobble feeling, which was nearly elimenated. ( thinking that's as good as it gets/a charicteristic of that model ) - However this may have been a sign of movement in those joints. - Has there been any modified parts produced to address this issue ? Like extended joint ends to allow for a safety split pin ? Etc. - bulletin to all workshops to check these joints. ? ( ours is 2012/2013 Y62 Ti-L )
Don’t have a patrol YET! But I’ll check that for sure when I do!
Yeh it might be a thing on 23 models, getting a few reports coming in
I’ll check mine tomorrow too. Thanks for picking this up and notifying owners.

Thanks for the phone chat, did you manage to find the cause of the issue?
My car is completely factory, just checked. No issues. Gets sent everywhere though. Never has weight in it. 😅 2021 with 50k kms.
Thanks for letting me know, I appreciate you.
On a side note, the v8 sounds so smooth
They're a great engine.
Hope Nissan get back to you with an answer.
Me too, might be nothing and I hope it truly is
I’ll check mine tomorrow; could this contribute too throwing alignment out,
For sure it does, please let me know in here if you find a problem
Hi, just watched this video. Have you heard any thing from Nissan?
Nothing, it’s almost like they don’t care!
Pretty sure mine is doing this when I put it in reverse
It's more wide spread than we first anticipated.
