As a string player, this makes me very happy to have access to write with a library which truly understands the timbral and expressive differences between downbow and upbow, legato and detaché, among other detailed nuances. Almost every other library out there treats all strokes as the same. Looking forward to trying this out.

This is by FAR the best string library to ever exist. Gladly paid 500 dollars no questions asked. You guys really thought this whole thing out with no bullshit. Seriously amazing work.

lol hilarious how a fake account is hyping up a library that sounds just as fake. At $500, it's overpriced and feels like an overcomplicated, unintuitive experiment. Sample modeling has been around for decades, and it still sounds as unconvincing as ever. There's a reason you won't find these instruments in the templates of any major working composers.

Thank you very much for these helpful tutorials! Would be nice to see another one about how to play long notes (for instance in slow movements of quartets). Even if it sounds easy, I find it hard to keep the note interesting for a longer duration. Thank you in advance. Martin

Is there a way to dictate which bow direction a given note should use, or is the idea that you should set CC25 to zero and use CC11 whenever you have a preference about bow direction?

this is not made to be played in live performances . . because all the cc parameters would be too difficult to be triggered at the precise timing like they are demonstrating in this video . .
