Tried it today and it was delicious ! So easy and quick. Recommend not substituting brown sugar with white sugar. The recipe is perfect and the jam at the bottom is an amazing added touch!

I tried your recipe today very easy straight forward. Quick simple and good. I sub the milk for maple syrup and added rasins as well

I soak the raisins in Rum for 10 minutes. I cook the tarts for 25 min. But the bottom of the tart seems greasy when it comes of the tin. Why
