    I was in a power wheelchair until 6 months ago. I had a narcotic pump delivering dilaudid to my spine. I went. to John's Hopkins Hospital for 6 months. The first two months I got off the narcotics. Then the next 4 months of physical therapy, classes on medication and mindfulness meditation . I am far from pain free but I'm walking! and through mindfulness my path is to new horizons.

      This is an extraordinary achievement, congratulations! I hope you have been able to continue moving away from pain and into greater mobility.
