  • My Fall Swag Wreath came out GORGEOUS and all the materials were from the DOLLAR TREE with the exception of the wire hanger. LOL! I hope you are inspired to make one of your own.     I am just now seeing this video. You are my life savor! I have looked and looked for a tutorial for what to use to make a long swag wreath, and all anyone ever shows are the Dollar Tree wire candy canes.... which I can NEVER find! This is amazing! And so handy! Thank you so much! Also, what you made here is beautiful! I can picture it as a table centerpiece... with a candle in it! Great job!

    This is the first item made with deco mesh that I like. This would also be cute for any holiday especially Easter. I love the idea of using the wire hanger - years ago I made a couple of wreaths using a wire hanger. Thanx

    Very beautiful. I always use an evergreen base when I make fall, holiday and winter swags, but this really worked. I cover the back of my wreaths with foam core wrapped in a coordinating fabric, so my customers would never see the hanger! Thank you!!

    OMG! I am so glad I found this video. I wanted to make some swags instead of a traditional wreath but didn't want to have to order the rail forms. I have a ton of these wire hangers from hubby's uniforms. This is beautiful!

    An old stocking wrapped over the wire hanger would give a great base to push the wire through. It would completely cover the middle too and give more of a stable base to apply things to. You could also use raffia or ribbon wrapped around and around the wire base and the hook to make a good base too. The wire hanger was a great idea.

    I was a little worried when I saw the hanger. And I got a lot worried when you shaped it. I figured it was going to be the traditional round wreath.     That just turned out beautiful I love it too! If you wanted to you could also use that as a table centerpiece you may just spend in the hook at the top so it won't show
