I used to play this game when I was 11. Nineteen years later I still think its one of the best and enjoyable games ever made. Great gameplay Michael. Awesome.
Congratulations on the video, could you show us or explain how these different scams, for example, that creep that picks up the items and the attack combos is the same as haduken?
I can see in this guy's videos, he always equipped a red staff in the later half of the game, regardless of character he used. The red staff is to increase the power of fire magic. Does this mean the red staff can also increase the damage of large burning oil?
36:20 how did she open that door in 1P? The method I only know is to put the two statues on two of the buttons on the ground, and then lure a bunch of enemies onto one of the remained unoccupied button, and then use the lightening ring to shot at them while you are standing on the 4th button. I don't get it how did she open the door here! I remember merely luring a bunch of enemies onto the 3rd button doesn't work. You have to use the lightening ring. Is the method used in this video involves "the kobolds threw fire bottles onto the 3rd button and then she stepped on the 4th button"?
This guys must had used a control pad / joy stick with rapid fire opinion. I don't see him even did a spin kick. You know, it is very eay to accidentially do a spin kick unintentionally if you press the attack button just a little bit longer.
+alexandros mouzakidis Sword of legend or Sword of Erling. Thats the best way to discovering that sword. Jump and attack but without getting electrical attack by the sword. Its cursed yet lol
There are few game formats as good as the classic side-scrolling fighter. Too bad these days all they know how to make is that Doom ripoff 3D nonsense.
If this game made it so that you recover HP/spells every level (or recover certain amount), it would be SO much better. That's what's actually keeping me from liking this game.

@@michaelsong5555 Capcom games are designed to be specifically much harder than anything else, You ever see mega man. Plus it's also based on d n d third or second edition, Which is Infamous for its difficulty. You're supposed to avoid damage entirely, But you can also deal a large amount of damage to the enemies. Also I think it's more slanted towards multi player as well.
@@Gallacant Literally all of other Capcom beatem ups had you recover before the next stage. And you can't do any big damage, except for exploiting unintended bugs (looking at you, big oil bottle). And it's already infinitely more difficult, simply due to the fact that you only have one life (although I'm okay with that part).
The bad guys are pretty lame in this game. They barely ever attack and seem to follow some sort of set pattern that you can memorize after playing the game a bunch of times.

the magic user was weak and never really used that character. The Fighter and cleric where always my top pick.

Or let a kobold step in one of podium.

TheLoyalOfficer If you think the bosses are lame play Tower of Doom, the bosses are a real challenge in that game, Tel Arin is much more aggressive.
