To create a drawing layer:
-Click Layer Properties (Layer or Line Format toolbar).
-In the dialog box, click New, and enter the Name of a new layer.

Hi mr Azeez Salu, Can you help me, i have a question: Can we change the visible line in drawing to another layer? I'm having this problem that when i click any visible line or curve of the view and look at the layer table, it show that "-none-" layer!!. Thanks you so much
