I have always thought that the ACCIDENT was caused by a traumatic confrontation of intense fear. The prosecution earlier in the case painting Oscar to be reactive, reckless, and irresponsible, and having anger (anger often being a defensive development to being fearful over time) is EXACTLY why this was not intentional but indeed relevant to painting a picture how this could have happened given Oscars perceived threat situation. Not a mental illness, but intense fear that could trigger him to stuff up and make a terrible mistake.

The presentation of a mental illness without normally being mentally ill can be inflamed by assumed sudden confrontation of danger. It does not prove he was normally mentally ill. Any person can snap at any time given certain circumstances.

So if he thought someone was in his house and Reeva was still sleeping... wouldn’t it be suspicious if the door was already unlocked?
