One day he was laughing at "Bliss" saying "Yogis start dancing, saying I experienced Self, I experienced bliss." Today he is unravelling bliss for 2 hours. Once he used to reject everything other than his own understanding of advaita as false and rubbish. Now he teaches Mantras, Lokas and Siddhis as true.
People can do everything to keep their business running.
In one of his talks he said that when one studies the life of different spiritual masters one can see that a stark advaiti comes to accept and celebrate dvaita at some point (like AdiShankaracharya) or a very committed and passionate dvaiti can come to a point of finding deep advaitik understanding of everything(like Shri Ramakrishna). It is the way one progresses in their journey of spirituality. The expectation you have that one should stick to one philosophy, only shows that you still connect with everything at the level of reading and talking stuff. But those who have progressed to a point come to realize that such a mindset is deeply immersed in “raaga-dwesha” and they may give it up. If you perceive it as a gimmick then it is up to you whether to listen to him or not. A real spiritual Guru has to be able to guide anyone towards the ultimate truth whatever is the path chosen by the follower. Else he remains a religious leader and not a spiritual Guru.
