If I were set on a non-white dress to get married in, I wouldn't bother going to a bridal shop at all. Spend those thousands on a fabulous evening gown instead.
Makes sense honestly
Consignment shops in high end communities would be a great option.
@@HeronCoyote1234 Exactly. Imagine having the money most brides spend on a wedding dress- they could even buy a brand new designer gown that would be stunning, and maybe still be cheaper than a wedding dress that we have all seen over and over.
@@HeronCoyote1234 My daughter and daughter - in- law got BEAUTIFUL dresses at Goodwill.
Shit you can even get some crazy beautiful colored dresses at David’s Bridal, I got my prom dress there years ago, it’s crazy colors & animal prints in a Ashaped tule ballgown style, with slight cross ruched bodice & a jewel detail on the hip, it was like $250, I lived my cool, colorful princess moment… sucks my prom was shit though, atleast my dress was nice.
the firebreather needs to go to a costume shop or an evening gown store. she can embellish an already existing dress. or...a bridal gown for the ceremony and a showstopper dress for the reception!!
Or even a designer who can sit down with her 1 on 1 & create her dress. Idky she expected to get a list of wants into one dress especially one that’s already made & on sale at a store that only has the bare minimum out & is beyond packed wanting to get people in & out so you won’t get the time you’re needing.
Exactly. Costumes stores would fit perfectly for an entertainment event. I love Randy so much. He’s great at everything he does. 🤍🤍🤍
I totally agree, I think what she needs is not in a bridal shop, none of the white dresses looked right...she should get something custom made that has all the reds and golds that would suit her beautiful figure and fire theme!
she could also get a white dress an off color and dye it possibly
Bridal shops are notorious for not giving a lot of time (usually 1 hour per apt). I'm a bridal Stylist and unless you book a double on a busy day there's only so much I can do (especially at an expensive boutique).
I don't know why you would go to a bridal store for a red, orange, yellow, and maybe black dress. What did she really expect? I agree with the costume shop idea.
There's a bridal shop in my home time which only has black, gold, red, deep purple dresses. Not a single white dress in sight. Their prices are enough to blind you yet if you consign a dress you are placed on a waiting list.
@@adnel4142 That's really cool
There have been plenty of bride dresses on the show that have color
@@bees1550 exactly
@@bees1550 But they usually say that they have very few colored dresses in their collection.
When you want your dress to have certain specific colours, and to be flame-proof as well that’s when you come to a lady like me, to make up something special we design between us 😊
That’s awesome, a lot more people should get custom dresses
Absolutely!
Yes mam! 100%
@@neoandroid8586 that's really cool
Right?! Perfect candidate for a custom dress! I dream of someday having an alternative bride who wants something crazy amazing walk into my shop!
$21k dress marked down to $3k. That tells you all you need to know about the margins in this industry. 😂
Try that same margine and higher for food, medicine and most everything else. NWO greed.
He really wanted it sold too! Probably because nobody will buy it for $21K 🤣
I think that thing she said about the sequins getting stuck had something to do with it lol 21k for it to possibly rip and all I did was put it on and walk lol I’m not doing that 😂😂 a lot of people probably had that thought trying it on
It looks like there have already been some tears in the lace from the looks of things. That’s probably why they’ve marked it down so much, and its probably a few seasons old.
Yeah thats insane!!
The first bride wasn't going to find what she wanted at Kleinfelds. Although I have seen them carry red, black & gold dresses they probably wouldn't be within her budget. She'd be better off giving $2,500 to a seamstress & having her gown custom made. That way she can get exactly what she wants.
I never understand why these brides with smaller budgets and super-specific tastes don't just get something custom made. There is a TON of mark-up on salon gowns, from the shop overhead to the designer's label, you can get some crazy dresses for really cheap if you just go to a seamstress and commission one.
True. But then she misses out the potential of being on telly.....
I just have to say that I love that Randy didn't even let the first dress he was suggesting to bride 1 enter her field of vision before he'd cleared the increased price point with her. 👍
Hello...
Randy is truly a gem on this show - if everything else is fake (not saying it is or all of it is, but WHATEVER IS)- Randy is the realness of the show that we all stick around for.
For the fire-breather, she might consider something custom-made, out of fire retardant materials. It doesn't have to mean expensive, if you look into materials and the right dress makers. Best of luck, you'll be amazing on your wedding day!!!
Thank you! You could hardly find a more flammable garment than a highly-embellished wedding/evening gown!
That is what I am thinking. This sounds like a custom job since fire breathing wedding is pretty niche.
@@zombiedoggie2732 Funny enough, when she mentioned it and was looking for the dress, I got the image of it happening perfectly for her. But I'm crap at designing and sewing, so I can't be useful. But someone out there is and I hope they meet.
@@redlupo6193 If her faux dreadlocks are made from synthetic fibres the dress might not be the first problem she could face... I'm a former fire performer, too, and her plans are totally gaga. Do your wedding in a wedding gown, then change into a safe fire costume and have your burning fiery mock wedding after. Or go completely costumey and go for an infernal wedding theme, but you won't find a dress for that in a bridal store.
I am a fire performer and was shocked at how unsafe her plans are. You must wear natural materials (cotton, silk, leather) when performing with fire. In case of an accident, synthetic materials will melt to your skin causing terrible injury and higher chance of infection. All of the dresses she tried on were synthetic material. Those dreadlocks look like they might be synthetic too. If she wants to perform in her wedding gown, she should either find one made out of silk or have a silk/leather base layer with removable synthetic layers (like at tulle skirt, etc.) when she performs.
That’s just amazing that the second bride got a beautiful dress for $699. What an amazing discount ❤️🥺
It was stunning and the veil too- what a deal!!!!!
@@kaycee5129 yeah❤️
I know dresses are expensive but $699 does not sound like a discount considering you can get custom made dresses for 3-4 hundred
@@cmacspinz considering it was $4,000 it was a pretty big discount though
@@cmacspinz Custom doesn't always work out, especially if you're buying from some random person from China on Ebay. You're taking a big risk.
I understand the first bride wanted to bring her passion of fire breathing into the wedding, but she was looking for a performance dress rather than a wedding dress. I feel that she should have separated the two. Find a wedding dress for the actual ceremony then change into another dress for the reception and performance. I don't think she'll find a dress to perform in, in a wedding salon.
Also, I wouldn't be able to shop in those circumstances. I'd probably hyperventilate. 😂
That’s what I was thinking.
I could not shop in those circumstances either. I could not function in a crowd where people were pushing each other and grabbing merchandise out of each other hands and running others over in an attempt to get some item they just HAVE to own. For this reason, I have NEVER attended a Black Friday sale, nor have I ever shopped the day or even the week before Christmas. That's actually not quite true. I HAVE shopped a Black Friday sale, but it was on-line!
Her hair was damn ugly🫣
Christine should have gone to a dressmaker and had a bespoke dress made. That way she could choose her fabric, colour/s, style etc and probably bevwell under budget.
When did bespoke replace custom?.
@@jadzia9445 Bespoke means an original design made entirely from scratch, where as custom just means something is able to be customised to specific preferences. So bespoke gowns are a type of custom dress, but the umbrella of custom dresses also covers ones like a pre-made dress that has different sleeve options, as well as dresses that are made-to-order and made-to-measure.
To me customized is off the rack or shelf and altered, custom is a new creation. Bespoke is just some newfangled word in the genre of woke. Just my opinion
@@jadzia9445 lol...this isn't some made-up "woke" pc police thing, it's standard industry-specific terminology.

She's telling the camera she wants color, but not the lady bringing the dresses!
Probably edited.
@@MsAngelique Maybe, but I didn't get that impression as they kept bringing her white dresses lol.
@@KE-hr4sb they tend to do this. Even with the number of brides who want colors going up and up and up they still rarely have anything. Even in black! SOOOOO many brides nowadays are wanting black gowns and it seems like there are only 2 options in bridal for them
@@KE-hr4sb there aren't exactly a lot of colors at a bridal salon outside white and rose. black if you're lucky.

it’s nice to see pnina dresses priced what they actually should be
LMAO right?!
$699 is even a ripoff for a garment, imo.
Except keep in mind that these are not brand new dresses and they can't be specifically ordered for the bride. You take them AS IS and they're old designs from past seasons.
@@AA-wc3tw It depends on what you want. If you want a ball gown with lots of beading, it's going to be expensive even if you buy it used. Heck, that can actually be said for any style with lots of beading. Beading is $$$$$ You're not going to find one in pristine condition in your exact size in a thrift store for $20. If, however, you don't mind something much simpler with no beading, like a regular white dress, something you would wear out to dinner, then you can get away with spending a few hundred dollars at most, more likely less than $100 if you don't mind shopping at a place like H&M or Forever21, but it's going to be nowhere close to bridal, of course. You're going to look like you're going to Applebee's for dinner.

I love it when the brides who want a dress thats really out there go to a bridal salon. "Everythings white 😮💨" Honey. Honey...
Well that is Not true. They sell bridesmaids dresses at bridal shops and they come in all sorts of colours and bridal gowns often come in gold and pinks too.
@@MrsSlocombesPuddyCat not to mention they usually sell prom/graduation dresses as well that come in any color you can think of…my friend wore a beautiful black and white gown to graduation that was actually marketed as a wedding dress 🤷🏻♀️
@@MrsSlocombesPuddyCat Yes they do. But when your requirements are very specific and budget is restricted it's hard your dress at a hectic sale when the selections are limited and the consultants can't give you much of their time
The second dress was the perfect dress for a wedding act. Hopefully, she realized an act belongs in a costume, not a bridal dress.
Or we can just let people wear whatever they want, Right sweetheart?
@@blueotan True. But isn't she the one that kept referring to her act? It's been awhile since I watched it. Girl can wear what she wants of course. I was giving my opinion that the second dress seemed more like what she was asking for. But you're right. It's her wedding have at it!
So you go to a wedding dress shop where 95% of the dresses are white and you are looking for a red dress? That is flame proof. Good luck!
Some brides:"I want a wedding dress with unconventional colors."
Goes to a traditional wedding dress store where almost nothing will be what she wants.
Are people really that stupid?
I was thinking the same thing… she’s very sweet and I understand wanting to have something different but she needs to shop somewhere else or custom make a dress.
@@gabiencina4053 Yeah. I'm planning on having dresses that are basically historical reproductions. Undies and all. There's NO way Kleinfeld's or Bridals By Lori or Confetti and Lace or any other basic store can have a historically accurate 12th century Frankish/English noblewoman dress with appropriate side spiral lacing and the like. So I understand wanting a custom and interesting dress. But you won't get it in basic stores. And yes even the expensive ones are basic.
Not only that, but she goes during a sale. You don't have a ton of options on a sale
most bridal stores now sell uncongenial colors there's just not as many.
She’s pretty stupid. Going to a traditional dress shop for something unconventional?
I’m flipping out about the general flammability of a wedding dress. Sounds like an accident looking for a place to happen to me. I wish her luck though 🍀
Hello...
“I’m a firebreather”
“a WHAT??”
“i breathe fire”
“oohhhhh okay” as if he hears that every day
I don't understand brides that have specific designs in mind and would still decide to go to a bridal shop, instead of having a custom made dress for them. Well, I'm happy for the 2nd bride, she found a gorgeous dress with a price tag.
I have never yet seen a bride who ended up with her "in my imagination" dress. Often the style they are thinking of does nothing for their shape, or the plain satin looks boring on, or the dress style needs someone shorter/taller to pull it off. However, there is always that "gasp moment" dress out there if you go open minded.
That's exactly what happened to my oldest daughter when she went shopping for the gown for her first wedding. She found a dress in a bride magazine that she swore was "the dress". She called around & found a bridal salon in the area that had the dress. She went to try it on & was completely underwhelmed. She said when she got it on it felt & looked more like a prom dress rather than a bridal gown. She ended up trying 3 more gowns on that looked different & ended up buying one off the sales rack that cost $99. She got the gown, veil & shoes for $250 total. This was back in 2007 but that was still a bargain even for 15 yrs ago.
So true! Also, when they say "I want something unique," and they end up with a strapless number with a sweetheart neckline and A line skirt.....
@@FlagCutie I hate sweetheart necklines so much now.
@@MsAngelique I don't so much hate them, but yeah, they have lost their appeal on me lol
I saw a picture of a wedding dress and fell in love with it. A year later I got to try it on and loved it even more. Getting married in it in August :)
I would love to see the fire eaters wedding photos. What a fantastic imagination she has.
As a fire performer who will definitely get married in a fire safe outfit. This is dope! I wish she seemed experienced shopping for fire safe outfits.
The attire is niche to say the least. Has to be natural and thick fabric. Denim, and linen are perfect examples of what u want. Can’t be thin silk, nylon, or polyester. Not to mention the fact you probably need to be able to move around well depending on what ur doing.
This is why most fire performers make their own outfits, or buy specific ones from shops that make fire attire.
Really wanted to see her wedding tho, and the dress she ended up with.
Agreed. Any one of those dresses the fire performer tried would either go up in flames or melt against skin. But she tried... I do endorse her getting one made with ALL the look she wants and ALL the fire precautions taken that are recommended in your response. It only takes one time and the burn unit and future hospitalizations the rest of her life will be her destiny (if she lives.)
HOLY SHIT that second bride got a STEAL! If I was getting married all over again I would KILL for that dress at $700!
This girl’s hair makes all of us fire breathers look kind of bad…
Hello...
I was very lucky when I got married 33 years ago. I saw my dream dress in Bride's Magazine. The dress shop I went to had it. I tried it on and that was it!
Exactly the same here except it was 39 years ago. Felt like a princess! Cost $350.
Um, you two do realize that 30 years ago were in the 90s, right? lol Yeah, no duh, prices were cheap over THIRTY YEARS AGO, Grandmas, lol.
Second bride' s wedding dress was a very good deal for $699
I think bride 1’s expectations were a little too high for what she wanted it for. That pink one with the embellishments was gorgeous on her and seemed that it could be a good performance/ show stopper piece. Oh well
I know they have white dresses with colorful accents. Wanting "reds, oranges and black" on a dress doesn't mean "i want a blush/off white dress".
Yeah, and at the same time it shouldn't be that hard for the shop to find dresses with color accents. My dress had a black sash that went around the neckline, down the corset back and flared out around the train and it was only $900.
Actually no. 99% of their dresses are in shades of white and pinker colors. The more colorful ones are rare and more expensive. Anything that could close would be in the bridesmaids dept but none of them would be particularly grand enough to be called a wedding dress.
When you are buying at a sample sale you are probably not going to be able to be too particular.
Omg she looks perfect in the embelished dress, I'm in tears!!!
Randy is an absolute angel.
For everyone saying the 🔥 lady should have gone to a dressmaker. I actually disagree to an extent. The bridal shops have coloured dresses (normally pink, gold, blue and black) gowns. Plus normally sell a whole range of coloured bridesmaids dresses. Or she could easily buy her style in white and then have it dyed to her specifics. I think her main issue is getting a non-flammable dress.
If flammability is not an issue the fact this was a sample sale would have prevented her from having a lot of color choices.
As soon as I saw the title I was like, I think the bride needs a dress made out of Leather. She needs a custom made dress. You can't have such a Unique ceremony and expect a bridal shop to be able to provide the dress you want or need. Maybe she can get a 2 in 1 where the wedding dress is just a stunning dress and then you take off the main skirt and you reveal the kick ass skirt for fire the reception.
The second dress was pretty.
I agree
If you want a dress with yellows and oranges or reds why would you go to a bridal salon? She should’ve been shopping evening gowns.
Or she should have looked in the bride's maid section.
The second bride got a killer deal and a beautiful dress!🤍
At this point, after this show has run for many years, and we KNOW that they have 99% white dresses and they're all expensive... if a bride is on the show wanting a colorful dress, or a cheap dress, then she's just there for her 15 minutes of fame. She's not there to buy a dress. She's there to be on TV. Fine, but also annoying and sad, because we know they're going to walk away without something, and take the slot of someone else who actually wants to shop there.
Oh, get a life. It's a TV show, not Harvard and a last death throw for a career.
Well, you know they had to have cast her to make things interesting and “wacky.”
Part of the marketing strategy. No slot was stolen from any of yhe other brides cause this was planned.
everyone is on tv to be on tv though, and they intentionally choose whacky people sometimes
I mean to be fair....everyone on any of these types of shows want their 15 minutes of fame, otherwise, they would do their shopping privately instead of national TV, especially because you do not get compensated in any way. You pay for everything and you have to have the time to do all the filming.
This is so exciting !! For the first time I felt like I can be there in Klienfield, wish all the brides to find their dream gowns + more episodes like this pleaaase ❤❤
I agree i Loved this episode😍
Wow $699 for that beautiful dress? Heck I’d buy a wedding dress without getting married
Hello
The fire breathing bride need to get a customized dress
I'm so glad I got married in my parents backyard wearing a 30$ flowered dress of beautiful bright colors! The most expensive part of my wedding were the extra flowers in the yard!
You're fortunate to have access to someone's backyard, and the help of friends and family. Not everyone has that. What would you have done if you didn't have that or anyone's help? Not everyone is that lucky, hon. I have literally no one and you're bragging you got a cheap wedding. Yeah, no duh you can have a cheap wedding if you have a large family who does and provides everything for you for free, lol.
@thehungrygoldfish I mean, my plan was to just get the paperwork done at the courthouse with no dress or flowers, but there were others in my family that desired more than that so I gave in.
But, you're right, I am lucky to have a wonderful family that loves me and bought me a 30$ dress and put some extra flowers in their yard for a small ceremony. I know that I am lucky to be loved, and I am very grateful for it.
I'm also sorry if you are not in a position at this time to feel loved and supported, or in a financial situation to afford the type of wedding that you would like, even a cheap one. And I sincerely hope that the things you are seeking will find you sooner rather than later, and that you will feel happiness and contentment.
Until then, remember that other poor people are not your enemy. And consumerism is nobody's friend
So, did the fire breather get her dream dress? I would love to see it. Probably very spectacular.
"Sparks your intertest", really good Randy.

I think the low-back dress the fire-brather tried on (the one Randy brought to her) was perfect.
I agree that dress looked lovely on her.
Is Randy coming up with all these lines?? Or is it some mystery producer whispering in his ear?? Too good. :P
The Fire breather should have asked for wedding gowns that can be made in red/or ARE red, or Bridesmaids gowns.
About that fireblower: Those requirements mean: You should employ a seamstress.
You can choose the fabric, the color, the fireproof quality, the cut etc. All those dresses did not correspond with her hairstyle either.
Should have gotten the rhinestone dress...was perfect for the act
That $3,600 dress with the lace and rhinestones was beautiful on her, but her concerns were totally valid.

Fire performer here.. I would never even think about finding a dress to perform in at such a shop. At my wedding I have a normal weddingdress and a light cotton dress for some fire spinning in the evening. Thats it (:

The firebreather bride needs to have a custom gown, let's be honest. What she is asking is too specific and she is probably the only one who would need such a dress.

Hello...
Chinese wedding dresses are red.
in the old days yes, but Chinese brides been wearing white since early 20th century... they have an option to wear red dress on their engagement party or bethrotal ceremony though (hosted by the bride's parents, and it's a huge thing still)
You can get beautiful Indian dresses in red and gold
Those are quite the sales!! Something $15,500 is only about 1/5 of the price
i loved that $21,000 champagne dress that was marked down...so beautiful!!!!
Just don't wear a wedding gown just use your regular costume on your performance for your wedding.I don't think wedding dresses that are normally thin fabric wouldn't be fire retardant they are not made for that purpose.
Jessica’s first try on looked wayyyyyyy better on her, it was beautiful and fit her figure like a glove. The second one made her look like she had wide hips, when she doesn’t.
Can't believe she tried on like that during the sale. If you wait in line and take a number, grab the first dress you love and GO! You can have it altered.
You’d have to try it on though. So many dresses don’t suit people once they try them on
That's not the wisest route. What if it's itchy? What if it doesn't suit the body shape? What if it's too big or small to be altered right?
why would you but a dress that costs hundrends of dollars without even knowing if it would fit (style, size, color...)?? it could look awful on your body and you would be stuck with it. possibly it could be altered but it would cost even more
I think a dress maker to make a custom dress for this lady would be a better option.
The original dress she bought at 6:41 was better looking and looked better on her than the one she bought. That drop waist look is so 1983.
I don't know how anyone can find anything in that sea of white bags! My head would explode the minute I walked in the door. I wonder if they at least hang them in order of size so you know where to start looking?
The second dress they have her was amazing!
I love that 'helO!'😂
I wanna see what the firebreather ended up in and also the wedding ceremony with the headpiece.
I'm dying to see that wedding 😂😂
I am not sure why a person would think that a bridal boutique would have a fire retardant orange red and black dress. There is occasionally as alternative non shade of white dress but a tri quad color fireproof one doesnt exist in a bridal setting.
I am guessing this is an old episode, has anyone found her social media? I would have loved to have seen what she ended up with
Find the basic (white, ivory, etc) dress you like and can afford, and add colored embellishments to it. Why make it so difficult when it's really so simple? The $21,000 Pnina was actually full of holes, it was shredded.
I’m so amused when brides go to a bridal salon that sells white gowns and be like “I only see white???” Like y’all….if you want a colorful dress, you need a specialty boutique or a custom made dress, you ain’t gonna find it here!
Christine style is on fire , go girl
She should have got that 26 g dress. She looked amazing in it.
What a steal at $700! And it looked perfect on her.
Everyone should bring at least 3 non-brides with them on a blowout sale, it's keeps things running smoothly.
The fire breather needs to find someone to dye a dress for her. She could buy a white one that she loves the shape of, then dye it to be flame colored
Fire performer doesn't find a dress. No idea if she found what she's looking in another store.
Hopefully she got one made or went to a costume shop
She needs to go to a pagent dress maker or a store that sells dresses for performers in Las Vegas
She should see Quincenera and Prom Dresses..... that would be perfect for her
People are saying she shouldn’t have been there but keep in mind the massive sale. I would’ve given it a shot too but I wouldn’t be so confident that they would have what I wanted.
Hope she gets some discount still for like a coloured dress for fire whirling ! Like red or black gothic dress
Kleinfeld aren't really about colour, she came to the wrong place. I wonder what she ended up wearing
the hair says it all
her hair says that she is comfortable with who she is and isn’t afraid
Wow that dress is wonderful!
Thats a personal way to validate a wedding it’s cool.
I wonder how things turned out for the firebreather. I assume her wedding must be outside because I don't imagine there are many indoor venues that would allow real flames to be a part of the ceremony. Does she have a lot of people standing by with fire extinguishers? Is there such a thing as a real wedding gown that is flame retardant? Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions but I'm just having a lot of trouble visualizing this wedding.
It could have been soooo cool! Well hot. But you know what I mean 😁 The description of the crown is hard to visualise though
Ohhh Randy that 21 thousand dollar dress spoke to my heart
