The friend is a good one. She never dismissed the black dress, she told her she looked stunning... but not her dress. I've seen episodes where the friends were very hurtful in their comments.
Yeah, she also had a good point. She can wear a black dress any time, but she has the occasion to wear a wedding dress only once - in happy cases I mean
My mom was the same way when we went in October. I'm glad just her and I went because it was a relatively low stress day even with my anxiety and nitpicking at myself because of my body dismorphia & insecurity related to my stomach. I found my dress that made me say OMG 😱🤩an feel like a million dollars I didn't cry like on the show but even though it's a figure hugging dress it cuts in the right way like hers does that makes it look so flattering and gorgeous. Even despite my insecurity I still found one that made me feel like a queen which I honestly didn't think was going to happen.
I want to see the one she picked in black. They put her in a sparkly princess dress which I LOVED but they always look prom dressy to me. Or a real Mortician Adams looking dress without the sleeves🖤
Badly written script I love the show but the over the top drama is sickening. The friend was stomach churning over the top fake wanted her 15 minutes of fame. The bride sorry acting over the top fake
The black dress was extraordinary, a piece of art, so shiny, really fitting, this bride was born to wear black and rock it but ... White can be as dark as goth as well and I'm surprised to watch how good she looks with her dress. This is my favorite episode from Kleinfeld, when a bride knows and show her lovely side. The second and the third dresses were really good, the third one with the simplicity was phenomenal. Everything here was adorable.
That's why I think the white dress actually works SO well for her. The black was gorgeous, but in the white dress her hair just POPS. Instead of the dress being the star, SHE is the star.
They wanted to feel what shape of dress she wanted. It was stated at the start of the video. Plus the first dress you put on is rarely the dress you're going for. It's basically the trial version where you see what you want or don't want in your dress.
@@veronicasawwyer7176 which I fully understand but in the off chance that it’s the dress and she falls in love. I feel like that puts the bride and consultant in an awkward situation. I must’ve missed that part of the video.

I got married on my grandparents 75th wedding anniversary in honor of them raising me. I got married in the same church on the same day at the same time.

Now, that’s a good friend, not discouraging her friend from trying on the black dress but letting her come to the conclusion on her own that that is not the right dress for her wedding .
I think she did the opposite. I think she swayed her opinion to the white dress and made her feel like it was her decision when it probably wasn’t. She even implied that she try on another dress and made a point to mention “a white dress”.
@@Mysteriuminiquitatis1998thing is, though. Her best friend said that the bride is slightly traditional and she was right. There were a few moments that confirmed it too. This woman and her friend are the absolute picture perfect expression of love and lifelong support and friendship. I adore them, and I wish them all the wonder and love life can bring. So touching! ❤
That is one of the most beautiful wedding dresses I have ever seen . Wish they would have named the designer and the cost. It fit her perfectly also. I wish her happiness.
First, LOVE her friend. "Would you like my feedback?" - so respectful!! But also can we talk about those tattoos!! They are so gorgeous! The images, the linework, the composition My favorite episode so far
I FELT her reaction to her dress! Yes, the black dress was stunning, but she went with her heart and chose the perfect dress, and she looked absolutely radiant! ❤️

Alex and her friend are possibly the nicest people I've ever seen on this show. I loved the black dress but I also loved the dress Alex chose and it's 100% perfect for her venue and her vision.
I lost my mom at 18 and just got engaged. I just bought my wedding dress today and I didn’t expect for it to be so emotional… I felt every one of this brides emotions to my core. 💗
I'm so sorry for your loss, I'm sure your mom was there with you in spirit and is so proud of you. Wishing you a beautiful wedding and a wonderful marriage!
I lost my dad last year and I was silently crying during my friend's bridal dress appointment when they started talking about her dad seeing her. The pain is so real. I'm grateful my dad gave my boyfriend his blessing shortly before he passed 💕 The bride looks stunning and her friend is so sweet and helpful
This woman is absolutely stunning, she's beautiful while crying as well ❤ out of all the SYTTD I've watched this is the most real, drama free episode I've seen. Keep doing them like this please!
She looks absolutely gorgeous in that first gown. Its stunning on her. I would totally wear that at my wedding. I've always said I would be married in black (I'm not goth or anything. I just look hideous in white and I figure I should look AND feel beautiful on my wedding day. Black makes me feel beautfiul.
I loved everything about this episode, the final look, the intimate setting, the bride’s openness. I loved all 3 dresses on her and I’m so glad she felt something in that third dress! I’m also glad it was in her price range, my favorite one on her was the second dress 😊
I've watched almost all the episodes and I've never commented on any but this one got me... Just stunning 😍... I love both the black dress and the dress she chose. I would actually want to see how her wedding went down
My dress for my wedding was a olive green medieval dress (game of thrones style) with a long cape and my daughter, who has never watched the show for obvious reasons, wanted to be a dragon on the back. That’s the only thing she knows about either show. Dragons. 😂
My Lord! The assistant found SUCH a Perfect dress for the bride's character and the character of the wedding venue .The bride already looked stunning - but when that Veil was put with the dress!!! SOOOO heartstoppingly beauutiful! Wish her and James a longgg and Happy marriage 💑 ❤️ ❤️

This is probably the most beautiful Say yes to the dress I've seen. She'll look beautiful in anything, beautiful from the inside. And what a beautiful friendship. Just absolutely beautiful...
All three of these women were lovely. Also, I think the simplicity of the gown she chose was enhanced and well complemented by her arm tattoos. She looked gorgeous.
It must be so validating as a consultant to bring in a dress and have your client burst into tears and fall in love with it instantly. I love this bride 😂.
I did like the white one with long sleeves she tried on. But it sort of "competed" with her tattoos. But the one she chose is so perfect. And her arm art shows and complements the look, imo. This was a very good episode with a lovely bride and her lovely friend.
Think this is my favourite of all time . She looked ethereal and that consultant was amazing , giving her space . Loved the veil and the ring of jewels around her flame coloured hair - absolutely stunning xx
These two friends have such an amazing and healthy relationship. It's really refreshing and great to see such support and openness to ideas and opinions on this show. White Classic is one of my favorite looks and she definitely pulls it off!
Wow I never comment on brides dresses even when I do I like it but this dress was one of my favourites. The tattoos her figure and simplicity just PERFECT
But she loved it? It’s not about the look. It’s about the feeling and this dress truly moved her. I think her dad would have loved it and that’s another reason why
Man I love the black dress XD The second dress was a little too big in the sleeves, and i think could have been a bit more sheer on her arms with a lower neckline would have been good. Last dress was perfection on her! It showed her curves, her pretty tats, and she was so pretty!
I'm having a black dress for my wedding. I think it's silly to say 'its not bridal' if you're wearing it as a bride and it makes you feel beautiful, then it's bridal 🖤
Why am I crying? I don’t watch these shows… just passing through. The TWA terminal and the dress were stunning. Her hair, tattoos..reminds me of my bff. The black dress was gorgeous
The fact that the dress is named “Paloma Blanca” is crazy us as Hispanics when somebody passes we use Paloma Blancas (white pigeons/doves) to release in the funerals
I’m low key sick of white dresses. I hate how everyone says “ if you wear that, then 10 years from now look back on your photos and not like it as much or regret it” But whose to say that someone isn’t gonna pick out a white dress then look back and regret it. I think non white dresses are beautiful and unique
One of the very best episodes ever! Bride and her bestie - what a lovely pair of friends - the huge entourages don’t generate the same kind of warmth. Perfect dress choice and the veil was the defining detail.
That’s the perfect veil strap for the theme! She looks amazing. I’m so sorry for her loss though. I hope she has a wonderful wedding and a eternal marriage. Her friend is so excited to lol.

She looks beautiful!! I wish i saw what her wedding came out like because the venue looked amazing
This is a beautiful, simple dress. So classy in its simplicity. It played up the bride's beauty perfectly.
Black dress was stunning on her and she should have chosen that one…swarovski tiara, black veil and scarlet roses…perfection!! ❤
Agreed. I don’t like the dress she choose. I was so suppressed, it was nothing special… boring even
But she loved it? It’s not about the look. It’s about the feeling and this dress truly moved her. I think her dad would have loved it and that’s another reason why
The black dress was stunning but the white was truly beautiful too.
Man I love the black dress XD The second dress was a little too big in the sleeves, and i think could have been a bit more sheer on her arms with a lower neckline would have been good. Last dress was perfection on her! It showed her curves, her pretty tats, and she was so pretty!
This young woman has a gorgeous complexion. What a sweet girl! Praying she will have a wonderful wedding and happy life.
This unlocked black wedding dress for me. I now need a dress like the black one if I ever have a wedding.
I'm having a black dress for my wedding. I think it's silly to say 'its not bridal' if you're wearing it as a bride and it makes you feel beautiful, then it's bridal 🖤
Same. If I can't wear a black wedding dress then no wedding
Why am I crying? I don’t watch these shows… just passing through. The TWA terminal and the dress were stunning. Her hair, tattoos..reminds me of my bff. The black dress was gorgeous
Let’s talk about how her hair matches her lipstick and fingernails !!! And her makeup is on point!!! Beautiful 😍
Love how the friend asked if she wants feedback
I hate how they always pull out something wayyy above the budget but this one is so amazing
Yeah its free publicity
I love that you could see her shoes through the black dress
See??? A show can be perfectly fine without drama and screaming !!!!
Something about this bride really reminds me of Kat Dennings - in look, sound, and style
The first dress they pulled out it’s so gorgeous
One of the very best episodes ever! Bride and her bestie - what a lovely pair of friends - the huge entourages don’t generate the same kind of warmth.
Perfect dress choice and the veil was the defining detail.
That’s the perfect veil strap for the theme! She looks amazing. I’m so sorry for her loss though. I hope she has a wonderful wedding and a eternal marriage. Her friend is so excited to lol.
