Hi, I just got my f570, I was wondering if you could share the settings that Helen gave you to set up the best colors? I was also wondering if you use the Epson Edge Pro to Print, and if so how do you get multiple images to print together?
Thank you for this video for insight, I’ve had mines for 2 years and maybe printed 3 things on it. Can you give me information on getting the colors right for sublimation? You mentioned affinity and I have that to but don’t know how to use it. Do you do video classes on Eason and or affinity?
I love this review. I just want a bigger sublimation printer. I don’t sell items just one for occasional use. I don’t mind converting one. I have the Epson 2720, right now. I will look around later at your other videos. To see if you review other printers. I feel this printer would be to much for how often I sublimate. But that tumbler turned out beautiful.
Nice Video! Thank you for sharing! May I suggest using butcher paper when pressing your tumblers! I've had ink come off onto my butcher paper, I would hate to see you ruin your plate!!🥰
I don't use windows. all my computers are apple. I have a windows laptop I was using for my Roland but since selling it my laptop is collecting dust. I prefer apple.
Hi, can you do a video using your Epson F-570 for your hoodies? Can you use it on cotton t-shirts and if so can you do a video on it? Thanks in advance and have a nice day!
Still running good but I don't use it daily. Gonna start using it more with holidays coming. Im also doing the 1 year review video today!! video will be up by tomorrow morning!
I would love to do a q&a 🥰🥰 I’ll definitely start working on it!! About to upload a video I just finished editing! Someone asked earlier for a video on how I package my transfers 🥰
Can anyone help me, i have been scouring the internet looking for this answer but i cant seem to find anything that helps, I was wondering if there is any significant difference between the sc f-500 and the sc f-570?
@@crystyle_NYC I am in the UK, and from doing some more research it seems like the F500 is just a model no. assigned to the printers sold in Europe whilst the F570 is the model no. for the printer sold in the US. Other than that, they are the same printer with different continent codes.
In all fairness to Epson, the warranty is for 10,000 A1 size prints. That is 300 24" x 100' rolls of Epson dye sublimation paper which, at $32 per roll, is $9,600 worth of paper. If you are doing large transfers for shirts, that's 40,000 shirts that you can print under warranty. That does not mean that the printer is no longer good after that, just that it is no longer covered by the warranty. While it's not suitable for a large production facility, it is certainly capable of printing more under warranty than I could press in a year (109 large tee shirt transfers per day).
Yea that’s exactly right that’s why I said it’s good for the normal crafters but not for high production transfer shops like mine. 😩 it will be perfect for my personal merchandise line though and that’s what I decided to keep it for ☺️
@@crystyle_NYC My point is that it is good for much more than crafters, I would never recommend a $2,500+ printer for a crafter. If I were selling dye-sublimated tees, I could sell over $1 million worth of product before the warranty expired and it's far more likely that a two-year extended warranty would expire long before the print count would be exceeded. IMO, the 10,000 A1 page count limit for the warranty is not a concern, the print speed and size would be more of a limiting factor.
I would recommend one of the following as a step up in production for Dye Sub printers. Epson SureColor F6470 44" CMYK printer; prints up to 820 sq ft/hour (~$7,200) Epson SureColor F6470H 44" six-color printer; prints up to 400 sq ft/hour (~$7,600) Color options: CMYK + light cyan and light magenta CMYK + fluorescent pink and fluorescent yellow CMYK + orange and violet Mimaki TS100-1600 64" printer; prints up to 753 sq ft/hour (~$10,000) Having said all of that, if I didn't need the increased size, I would go with two or three F570 printers over a single F6470. If one of your F570's is down, you can continue producing on the others. @@websurfer2344
I have been debating. I don’t think I will go over 10k prints anytime soon. You sold me hunny. I freaking love this tumbler. I can’t wait🥰
aww don't forget to use my affiliate link please ❤ you are gonna loveeeeee it!!!!
Awesome video, coud you share your pinting settings please
Thank you for that caveat on the warranty, that's a big deal if this is going to be your only printer
One of the best review I've seen on this printer...
Thank you

Fantastic video! Great for those who are considering the purchase.
Waiting on mine to arrive. Thanks for the review! I wish I had a problem of 10k…lol
Thank stinks. I purchased the printer to help speed up my transfers, but now I am sorry. Thank you for your information.
Thanks for your video, it answered a lot of questions I had!

try the 8550! or the 15000 its just a lil slower than the 8550. both are great options for wide format!
@@crystyle_NYC what about printer clogging? I’ve heard of the printer clogging if it’s not used daily.
@@crystyle_NYCbut their not dedicated sublimation printers and you void your warranty if you convert them 🤷🏿♀️

Thanks for the tip! Didn’t even remember that 😩😩 didn’t think to do that with tumblers also!!
Oh this is a must purchase!!!

Great video! Which ink brand do you use for your ET8550?
Hello thanks for the information. What heat press do you use that can be for 24”inches?

Hi, is the sawgrass a better printer over Epson? Like the warranty, how it prints, and any problems between the two etc?
Never tried sawgrass so I’m not sure
Beautiful
Did you overlap or just put seam to seam to avoid hard line/white 🤔
I overlap when its a solid background. for white backgrounds I seam to seam
I’m looking at epson ET 8850 to purchase. $3,000 is a lot right now. What are your thoughts on 8850?
It’s a great option!
how do you print mutltiples on one sheet
Do you have any issues with pizza wheels marks??
Nope not at all
Next video idea: Q&A ♡

HOW LONG DID YOU SAY YOU HAD YOURS

I don’t think so. Crazy cause I’m just seeing this f500!! It looks like an older model! Are you in the states?

Is that a special paper? Or regular printing paper??
Epson sublimation roll paper
Oh no I know it's the roll but you showed that you only add 1 paper to print on it? Is that paper sublimation as well?
@@mrsmealyrobinson yup! A sub
I’ve considered adding this to my business. Do you think it’s worth it or just too saturated of a market?
Lol everything is over saturated 😩😩😂😂 but it’s still worth it 😊😊 I linked it above if you want to check it out! I do love
Mine though
Cool 😎
Where did you buy this printer?
its linked in description
How much price that printer?
$2500+ tax and shipping
So i cant use cotton shirts
Nope has to be Atleast 50% polyester so the fabric can absorb the ink
Does it print on vinyl paper as well?
I was researching. I think its the Epson 5170 that prints on vinyl.
New subbie here❤
Thank you sooo much for subbing ❤️❤️❤️❤️

@dwgifts what printer would you recommend is the next step up in a sublimation printer for large volume?
I would recommend one of the following as a step up in production for Dye Sub printers.
Epson SureColor F6470 44" CMYK printer; prints up to 820 sq ft/hour (~$7,200)
Epson SureColor F6470H 44" six-color printer; prints up to 400 sq ft/hour (~$7,600)
Color options:
CMYK + light cyan and light magenta
CMYK + fluorescent pink and fluorescent yellow
CMYK + orange and violet
Mimaki TS100-1600 64" printer; prints up to 753 sq ft/hour (~$10,000)
Having said all of that, if I didn't need the increased size, I would go with two or three F570 printers over a single F6470. If one of your F570's is down, you can continue producing on the others.
