- This video brings me to just outside this US Bank location along the public sidewalk just before mid day. While I was out documenting, a few different people interacted with me. The highlight on this day was getting to meet an individual who informed me that he appreciated what I do & let me know he subscribes to the channel. It's always a pleasure to run into those who support the cause of exercising our rights & freedoms. Another individual that stood out was a banking customer in a Dodgers jersey who took notice of my presence & seemed to let his curiosity take over. Multiple times he'd seemingly walk away then return to just watch what I was doing. He even went back inside the bank , maybe to let the bank employees know I was outside. I actually had no issues from the workers inside the bank as one of the employees who saw me outside closed the window coverings. I did briefly see security for the shopping center on his bike , but thankfully wasn't encountered by him. For this video , the bank gets a pass as I had no verbal contact with any of the employees .

Never ceases to amaze me when someone walks right up to a camera and says "You're not filming me, are you?"
You would think that the police would be overwhelming supportive of filming in public. Transparency and accountability on record. Big red flag because they are not. I am 74 yrs old, retired high risk OB Ultrasonographer. Every single day I had people over my shoulder recording in some fashion my work, from family and friends to Doctors with specialties. The police by and large are clueless about their duty to be transparent and accountable. Ps: I had my own liabilty insurance, not paid for by my employer or taxpayers!
The police have to put locks on all their lockers at the police station...🤔
I just don’t get it why don’t they know you can film in public ?
What makes them think a person can’t film in public when there’s cameras all over?
People don’t even realize how many times they are videoed in their own home by their smart tv, smart refrigerators, smart microwaves, their own phones.
I tell people all the time their phone takes their picture and they say, no it doesn’t.
Maybe he is waiting for someone? She’s talking but who can hear her? You need to get a better edit program. Impact has a special program that blocks out background noise. He says you tube has a noise blocker edit program.
It’s nice he knew EXACTLY who you were.
It’s awesome when that happens. It’s a really good feeling.

Chris, can I just ask: What do you believe is the supposed "benefit" of zooming in and out and in and out and in and out in quick succession on the same thing or person? Why not just have a wide shot of them for a while, then zoom up to them and stay there for a while, and then, once you think you've seen enough of that thing or person, zoom back out and be done with zooming on them until we haven't seen them for a while (or zoom back out if they come towards you or vice versa)?
Maybe should have called the police on Mr. Dodger. He looked like he was confused and lost. This could have been a Silver Alert situation.

Actually in this case he is on private property. The entire shopping Center is private property including the sidewalks. It is not like it was city owned sidewalks. So you are wrong in this case but I applaud what you are doing just do it lawfully so they can,t enforce the law.
