I love Dionne Warwick! She’s such a class act and has the most amazing voice. This is what I miss about music and performers. There’s no frills and half naked women it’s just pure talent and it’s the way it should be. I miss it ❤️🎼

Dionne Warwick is the cousin of Whitney Houston. Their mothers, Cissy and Lee, are sisters.
There's no shame in shedding a tear at this beautiful song.
What I really like about it is - well, I'm a lifelong Elton fan and I think this is one of his best-ever vocal performances. Dionne's voice is amazing as always, so smooth and passionate. Stevie is great on both vocals and harmonica - they're all really into it and giving superb performances.
Then Gladys Knight says, 'Hold my beer', lifts her arm in the air, and blows everyone away. Stuns me every time.

Why are so many people confused about Whitney and Dionne being first cousins? Is it the age difference? Cissy Houston, Whitney's mother went to live with her older sister Lee when their parents both died and she was still a minor, and she lived with the Warricks (Warwick is a stage adaptation) including Lee's daughters, Dionne and her younger sister Dede, Cissy's nieces.
