How many years have you been running? That low of a heart rate at the speed is very impressive to me. My goal is to get there someday. Keep up the great work! Loving the videos and motivation you put out
About 3 years!
Consistency is key. I just started running not even a year ago consistently and when I started I couldn’t jog in zone 2 at all or run a mile without walking. Now (about 10 months later) I’m running 5-8 miles per run at about 9:30 pace in zone 2 HR. That kind of speed and low heart rate was unfathomable when I started. Hoping year 2 can be as productive with gains as year 1.
