    That 100 mile finish was legit. Your heart rate is insane for your body type. Thinking of making you my coach for a future marathon I want to run in 4hrs or less.

    Love these vids since I’m trying to figure out a better balance with hitting legs on running days🤙🏼
    Also it’d be sick to see you do a hybrid BUILD and see you get to like 220+ while still hitting miles👊🏼

    How many years have you been running? That low of a heart rate at the speed is very impressive to me. My goal is to get there someday. Keep up the great work! Loving the videos and motivation you put out

      Consistency is key. I just started running not even a year ago consistently and when I started I couldn’t jog in zone 2 at all or run a mile without walking. Now (about 10 months later) I’m running 5-8 miles per run at about 9:30 pace in zone 2 HR. That kind of speed and low heart rate was unfathomable when I started. Hoping year 2 can be as productive with gains as year 1.
      Great job with consistency and putting in the work Nate.

    The heart rate is crazy, what’s your resting heart rate? Does it ever stop lol
