Wal Mart is promising 2 day shipping. what actually happens is that it is shipped in 2 days not delivered. I live in the middle of the country and they are shipping me stuff from New Jersey and California. Everybody is getting in on the act.
I'm sure you have already suggested this to them, but as I see it there are a couple of options. One, they can use a semi with a rear mounted fork lift. That will block the highway in front of your property for a little bit . Option 2 is to put it on a bob truck and then their people will have to hand unload all of that TO YOUR HOUSE, not drop it on the shoulder of road. We wait for your next installment with baited breath.
Thank same store has a truck they rent that will haul it. They can't because it was bought at Home Depot.com? They deliver large loads of lumber weighting more that 1100 lbs. all over Jonesboro. It is that 50 miles they have a problem with.

Big businesses are all the same. If they decide you're more trouble than you're worth to them they will just tell you they won't do it. Not looking good or else they would have resolved this issue already. Good luck......
The trucking bill of laden was $115 and the pallet is stuck on the dock. The two UPS packages where in the amount of $37. I also got a $60 discount for buying 75 post. They are $225+ in the hole already. Now another company has to brake down the pallet and deliver it 50 miles. I offered to go get the pallet with my car hauler if they would take $100 off my bill and they said "No". I am thinking, do these people not own a calculator?...lol
I am patient and it saved me big time. We will see on the 30th.
