rockisheaven With Peter at the helm, I feel as if I relived my boyhood. He brought back something to the character, that I experienced back in the early years. He was/is a billiant Incarnation. Sorry I'm tearing up a bit here.
If anyone who was thee dr it was Peter capaldi he live his boyhood dream and when he dies he knows he fulfilled his life I think it was playing the dr when he was 9 that made him want to be an actor in the first place, he never gave up and he followed his dream he put his heart and soul into his acting and hoped one day he would get the job as in dr who was he did he was a fan of dr who from the begging so he know who the dr real name is and why he left gallifrey and I time lord we’re real he would be the dr from gallifrey I know he’s only human and a good actor in rl but this man is a blessing to all of us I mean there no one know the dr as I’m Dre who like he did, William Hartnell the original dr diead but Peter capaldi did one thing William Hartnell would have whanted and loved home to is he a life long fan and continue from where William Hartnell the original dr left o from he was meant to be the dr from the beginning he just had to wait till destiny gave him the chance and it did and he continued the legacy William Hartnell lived on and thanks to Peter capaldi no one will forget William Hartnell and dr who Peter capaldi was truely a blessing in disguise.
How charmingly beautiful. Combining his artistry and his rocking personality...and the sunglasses to a T. If Capaldi saw your star like portrait.... he would love it, and make an exact replication of it. Beautiful tribute to a Doctor that captures the stars....and our hearts... including this 47 year old casual fan ( me ! ).
God, that's the sweetest thing ever. I teared up a little too, just like I'll bet a whole bunch of other folks did. Not to shame the show, but I think you put more heartfelt emotion and whimsy into a wordless minute than Moffat did in an entire monologue. Well done! This is the finale that Peter's Doctor deserves.

He suffers us with a wink and guides the viewers through his adventures...all the while encouraging us and putting up with our ignorance...like a wizend parent bemused by his children. He's the best.
