Bought a 2nd hand travel trailer lately. Now I am hoping that all goes well after seeing your tips in this video. It all can be very intimidating, especially learning about the features in our camper and the plumbing/sewage things that have to be done.
Thanks for pointing that out. I had one tire wearing unevenly for some reason. I just rotated the tires to see if the problem is the tire or that tire location which could mean an axle issue. I'll keep an eye on it.
I come here to watch and make sure I have done all. When I was about to like the video, it was already liked 😂. Probably from last year. We should have an option to like twice. See you guys out there - From Pereira-De Faria Family!
Great video! Bought a Tab last year and I’m still learning between adventures. This will be my first year dewinterizing so this is extremely helpful and I’ll make a checklist based on it.
For a common travel trailer the roof is the big worry. I'm always checking and re-caulking it. The tab's roof is the same as the body so not nearly as much to worry about. Happy camping!
This was a great video. I have a popup tent trailer, so a lot of it was not applicable but there definitely was information and things that I had not thought about like putting lubricant on the leveling jacks etc. Am watching it again to make my checklist.
Thank you for this video!!! We just bought our rv and they showed us how to winterize, but it is so hard to find information about de-winterizing. We are so thankful for your video. We are going out for our first trip next week and we thought we could de-winterize at the campsite. Go figure. Change of plans, we will be bringing the rv home to take care of the necessary preparations. Oh yes....we subscribed!!!
I'm glad you found the video helpful. It's definitely better to do the de-winterizing at home if you can. That way when you arrive at your campsite you know you are all set and you shouldn't have any surprises. Have a great season. Happy camping!
When you fill up with the bleach water, run the taps and toilet to get the bleach through them and the plumbing antifreeze will drain into the black and gray tanks. 8 hours later you can drain the fresh water tank onto the ground to get rid of the bleach water, then fill up with clean water. Run it through the taps and toilet for a few minutes. You won't be filling up your gray and black tanks. Then just empty those gray and black tanks like normal when you arrive at your first park.
Thanks for the video, your very slow and understanding, im a newby so I liked how you show everything in a precise way. Thank you sir!!
Glad it was helpful!

Great video, maybe consider new tires this season, they look worn on the edges.

Extremely well done and thorough. Will be using this as my own guide. Thanks again.
I'm glad you liked it. Happy camping.
This is the best video I've seen on this topic. Very well done.
Thanks a lot.
Excellent video.
Great vid. Very detailed. Doing ours this weekend, can't wait. It's been a long winter.
Thanks for the comment. I hope we get a camping season this year. It's good to be ready to go. Good luck with your dewinterizing.
Great video, did you notice you need tires this spring, they are getting thin on the crowns
Great video, best demo video I have seen

Awesome! Thank you!
Getting my bearings repacked for the first time, 10 000kms. Every year seems excessive unless you drive outrageous miles.
I agree. I'm not an expert but from my experience, every 3rd year works for us.
Great video, lots of great stuff you touched on!
Thanks for the support. Happy camping!
This video was packed with great information!! Thank you
You are so welcome!
Excellent video
When you are done that should the by pass valves be on for normal operation?
Yes, you can open it up for normal operation then.
@@CampingwiththeColes Thank you.
