  • If you're someone like me then you really like full size gaming keyboards...
For a while, I've been looking for a full size keyboard that could satisfy my gaming and work needs. I've used the Wooting 60HE for gaming for about a year now and I've really loved the functionality BUT I use my entire keyboard when I'm using the Adobe Creative suite. The Wooting Two HE seems like the perfect gaming keyboard to fill the gap in my life.
If you're still reading this then you're probably someone who's invested in finding a full sized keyboard to meet your needs. The Wooting Two HE has a plethora of different features that other brands aren't close to offering yet (looking at you, Logitech).
If you read this and you want Wooting to sponsor our next giveaway, comment, "Wooting plz" and I'll do my best to make it happen

Just wanted to check in having bought one of these myself (arrived a week or two ago). I’m coming from a Razer Black Widow V4 Pro that’s S key died within 2 months of ownership and it’s not got swappable.
I’ve never touched a Wooting before but now that I have the 2HE this is insane. My old Razer feels like a cheap plastic toy in comparison. The build feels like premium quality and idk WHAT they are lubing these with in the factory but key presses are the smoothest thing I’ve ever felt in my life. 10/10 keyboard and hype is well deserved.

Too bad I'm stuck with Razer because I need their extra row of blank macro buttons that can be programmed to spam other keys on press with my pinky.
I have yet to find a solution to this because say I need a single key press to spam 8 I can't exactly bind any of the existing closer keys (say G) to do it because what if I need to use G in my chat message, then it'll type 8 instead and I have to switch profile etc back and forth.

I play a lot of rhythm games and also work on computer so i was thinking of buying the Two HE, but i saw that there was 80HE in pre order and it has more upgrades (V2 switches, sound, latency, etc.), and the only use of num pad was in GTA V for flying, i can make up for that with KB mode, so i preordered it looking forward to the 80HE.
Also your videos and channel should be more popular for that quality you make and no filling to make video longer, surprised by only 3,5k subs. Keep up the good work👍
edit: i also forgot mentioning that i don't like small keyboard because it lacks functions but the 80% should be good for working and gaming.

I received a Wooting Two HE in spring last year as a gift and I don’t wanna upgrade unless they make an 8khz polling rate refresh for full size OR make a wireless keyboard with the dongle. I’d pre-order a wireless Wooting instantly but it’s a lot of signals for Bluetooth I’m not sure how it’d go in terms of performance/latency though so it’s probably not coming any time soon. I wish we had better THOCK as well 😢

Great review man, appreciate all the info you put into this. Just ordered myself a keychron v6 max earlier but I may consider this if I don't enjoy the v6. I generally prefer 100% and it's been pretty rough recently finding a decent board to get. Not nearly as many options as the smaller sizes which I think is unfortunate. Either way this one seems pretty sick, I just need to figure out if I actually care about hall effect keys first. sub+1

Sure thing man. I have a typing profile where I leave rapid trigger off and have the keys set to the full 4mm actuation distance. This one is standard for me. For my gaming setting, I set WASD to be .1mm actuation, the neighboring keys to be 2mm actuation, and then any pesky keys to be 4mm. For me this is usually "Q" & "Control". I'll run with rapid trigger enabled and have SOCD enabled on the "A" and "D" key.
The gaming profile can be hard to type with, so make sure you have the "Mode" button setup to switch between your profiles

I recently bought a razer huntsman v3 and hate it. It works Better than my previous keyboard which isn't hard since it was a Logitech G810 with those awful Romer G switches that on mine had stopped working correctly (after about 8 years mind), they would either not respond or do 2 or 3 repeated letters when typing for exmpppleee. But the way the razer works with its software is a horrid mess, plus if you have the software installed then the keyboard shortcuts for changing lighting and even switching it off completely cannot be used and since I like to leave my PC on and play in my bedroom via steam link and such I would often switch the keyboard lighting off which was easy on the G810 since it had its own button for it and even with software installed it still worked so can be done without the monitor on unlike the razer. So now thinking of selling this trash board and getting a Wooting, which was my first choice to begin with but since the G810 had switch issues I had been suffering for a while I could no longer wait until December for it to show up, but now its November...

@@TheRageAcademy I was wondering the same thing as the OP. Try not to have your past experience with a brand affect your future purchases though. I know its tough being human, but a lot of times a brand that used to churn out bad products, later churn out good products (and vice-versa). Also, each individual model within a brand could range from terrible to amazing. I myself try to be brand agnostic, but it's somewhat tough.

    What do u say?

People who are complaining about latency should touch grass. I'm 100% convinced most people cannot tell the difference with keyboard polling past 1k hz. I hope to do some testing on this soon. But the Two HE is my go to. I notice no latency difference between the 60he, 60he+, and Two HE. Hope this helps!

Just the size of the keyboard. The 60HE is much smaller and you lose a bunch of keys. The Two HE is the full-sized. The work identically though

Eventually we’ll move to a static mic plugged into my FX3 but we’re a bit out from that

I thought they would be silent? Why are they so loud! I have durock dolphin silent linear mechanical switches on my keychron k4 96% and they are VERY quiet. Not entirely silent, as the keycap noise is what you hear the most. But I have added foam to the space bar and to the hollow body of the case. Making it more of a muted sound. I really want magnetic switches for their longevity, adjust ability and analog capabilities but they MUST be silent!
