I feel like Maeve has more skill expression. When you see a well played Genji, he's an great finisher assassin. When you see a well played Maeve, it's a work of art. Every dagger hit, the ways nine lives is used, rogues gambit... It's truly mesmerizing
I think if compared this directly we do also have to note that Maeves Street Justice talent is an extremely powerful finisher, which goes through shields. I'm not the biggest fan of the talent, but it does give her some more versatility. Her being able to EXECUTE under a certain threshold would be really strong in Overwatch.
Fun fact, maeve was actually canonically 15 until they added her demonette skin, once that skin was added they had to make her age 18 in order to not be sexualizing a minor

5:10 an elimination in paladins is an assist in overwatch, so you dont need last hit to reset, you can just tag someone and will get the assist to remove the cooldown
Genji 100% kills faster and chains kills better imo. Meave being smoother to play isnt really a benefit imo cuz Genji is just snappy af and can demolish someone and use his dash to already get in range for him next victim while meave kinda gives everyone their personal space. (as a genji main I am definitely not based at all and my opinion is 100% correct and not debatable)

True, but Maeve one tricks use her autos as sniping tools. Genji could never play this far away or answer other snipers from far away. Maeve also has a dash reset (the dash is never used as damage anyway) and she can dash around the map while in the sky, chaining kills. Sorry but Maeve > Genji. (Maeve main, I don't play OW2, also not debateable)
Maeve literally kills faster than genji, don’t neglect her talent options. Cat burglar gives her an DPS Amplification and is her main meta talent. with a good loadout and perfect uptime Maeve can proc and reset her prowl to keep it up . Street justice is a tank shredder and good follow up option when your teammates shoot them while they’re at the kill threshold. Rouges gambit is more mobility when the opponent dies and gets the full reset on that cooldown. (Kill or assist kill doesn’t matter still resets) midnight is an amazing utility option for your team to get the advantage in team fights because you take away the enemy’s sight when activated. Maeve can do everything genji can but 50x better.

Mobility too, genji in overwatch is the most agile (vertically), and can't be compared to paladins when it comes to that (Unless you're dash resetting in the air, in which case Genji takes it overall) either way, Genji's mobility is too good for overwatch and maeve's mobility is too good for paladins, BUT they are not to be compared. Same thing applies with dps potential.
Nah I think it's fun to compare them regardless of the different health pools. You can still experience how the characters work in their own games and compare them based on that.
I like the effort kinda to this video but paladins is still old school so any lore would be on their website, Paladins can’t sit there and prioritize, the storyline half the players are there because you can mess with your champions stats XD and I bet anyone doesn’t know how you originally installed and the better you play the faster the game gets the players set the pass on deck builds but we all know everyone is gonna have a biased opinion just take this comment at face value XD

It's more of like your camera doesn't move until the dash is over

@@justzachlol-726genji can onetap an enemy by headshotting then melee and dash, its instant, definitely way faster, maeve is more fun to play though
