Now I have also talk to my neighbors that are in the same building and sent them all your video and contact info to forward on to our HOA… I am praying that you hear from them. (Lorden Management)
We are also frustrated because they increased the HO a dues because of the complaints of mice last year… Now it is rats and it is worse. I’m trying to get every resident to email them asking them to contact you. They are in our walls, but the neighbors don’t seem to understand that having an exterminator set up traps is not going to do shit. I’m begging them to watch your videos and to please protest to get you guys here. God knows how much money they are spending on an extermination company, western, that only comes once a month to check freaking traps. OMG I am a female living alone and I cannot live like this. I’m freaking the heck out.

The CO Pin Trap just tells you how many times the pin was deployed - NOT how many kills it has. Plus, the rat will die right there at the pin so it will impede other rats from accessing it.

For the live traps, you want to put the bait on the moving platform. Then, when you catch them, you can decide how to deal with them. Those "live" traps do work well, if you know how to use them.

It's usually pretty easy to tell if it's a brown or black rat, they look so different. I guess they can both get in through the sewer or the roof?
The big ears, the long tails, shorter/curled up bodies, it's the black.
The HavaHeart trap was not set properly. The trapdoor blocking latch was not engaged so if there was a rat, he just pushed himself out the trapdoor. Just to be clear, ALL rats must die. I "eliminated" 2 on my farm at midnight last night.

As someone who worked in some of the most rat infested areas in Washington DC and Baltimore Maryland, these guys are BRILLIANT.

We caught one in DC that was massive.our biggest yet.
On the humane trap id recommend the double door trap. Also i make the catch plate bigger by gluing a larger plate to the original small one so they have to step on it rather than reaching stretching over and taking the bate. Works everytime!

I live in Colorado and have a mouse problem how do I find the equipment to figure out how they are getting in. We don't have anybody like you that will actually investigate. I live in the country by a very small town in NE Colorado and they are driving me crazy. I also need to get rid of the smell.

Another thing that works is baking soda and powdered milk , mix it and put in dish, you can see the tracks and the bubbles will kill them, its better with mice.
Thw problem is you end up trapping/ killing squirrels and other critters, and that illegal is some areas.

The live trap would have worked but the door lock wasn't flipped into the armed position. They just pushed the door open and left!!
