    I like the way you put the lip around. I have made a few, but fought warp after a few uses. Looks like that will help avoid that issue

    Best gas axe (Oxy Fuel torch) skills I've seen yet. I trained as a "Plater/Welder " fabricator in the UK, I still reckon a good oxy fuel set up is better than plasma (for steel anyway).
    Very good skills and top work sir.

    Very impressive for something simple and well built .great idea with the trap door , I'm guessing cleaning purpose,. And reading the comments that is very cheap for that quality of workmanship.

      It actually just looks like a little Lincoln Weld-pak from Home Depot. I've only seen a few shots of it, though.

      That was a 55 gallon barrel, had "ID" red in it, was around 90% alcohol and I forgot to wash it out first, hadn't forgot since then..lol

    Damn $125 is not much for the time you spent to build it. that thing is custom made and should cost at least $200-$250. Great job man, weldone.

    I like when you scribe with ruler and chalk and than cut the piece with the torch freehand. Great steady hands
