Three Days Grace just makes me feel like it's okay to be different and that you should be different because you'll have a better life that way. I don't know, it's just what I think.
Not gonna lie this band saved my life ... I went to hell and lost my kids my wife was homeless and was so damaged and was assaulted the day after there outsider album came out left right wrong I didn't know where I was going but I kept moving on.. I'm alive because of this band ... I have met them in person the old and new but I wish I had the courage to say thank you for your impact it's more then music it's therapy... love you guys stay safe life is gonna get rough but we will make it because we don't belong here.. we belong in a better world let's try to be kind and loving while we're in the race ...

What I do once a year I'm home alone is turn this song on, shut the blinds, turn off every light source, have this on fullscreen mode, just sit and watch the entire music video with loud volume. As the solo comes kicking in, I turn the volume to as loud as I can without losing quality. Then I shed a few tears and let some bottled up emotions just let lose. This song has made me felt so moved when I do that, unlike any other song I have ever heard. The video blends in so well to it, it's incredible.

I watch this video every time I'm in a dark place, when I feel alone in this world and broken. Matt is a good singer. I just really wish Adam didn't leave the band. He was the one that got me into rock almost a year ago. I love Adam, and really wished he'd come back. Which he probably won't sadly :(
As a person who became a fan around the time Painkiller came out, I really don't see the problem with Matt Walst. I can see that some people have a problem with his live performances, since he likely sings Adam's songs too. However, if you have a problem with Matt, just listen to any other TDG album besides Human. If you want Adam, look up Saint Asonia. I know, some people will say that Saint Asonia is not the same. Of course it isn't. Saint Asonia has totally different band members. And if you think that Saint Asonia is far more generic that TDG, remember that this was just the first album. Also, remember that Matt saved TDG. The band could have easily split after Adam left. But they didn't because of Matt. I honestly like both, in fact, Human is great. Transit of Venus was great. Life Starts Now was great. One-X was great. Three Days Grace (the album)was great. The band itself is still great.

Don't expect Matt to replace Adam, he shouldn't need too anyways. A chapter in Three Days Grace is over, and a new arc begins, Human was a bloody good album, and it fit Matt like a glove. Even though I like Adam's voice better, Matt is a great singer. I am a little upset because Three Days Grace was my favorite band ever, but I'm still going to appreciate the new music they produce. I'm itching for a new album, I hope they don't do that three year gap between each album like they used to LOL. (I used to call TDG Three Years Grace just for the lolz.)

Three Days Grace is my favorite band still, but I wouldn't say the album was too great, it had maybe 4-5 good songs in it the rest seemed like filler, I kinda like Matt though just a different feel on the band. That said without any bias based on the vocalist this album doesn't even touch One-X, band's best album all the songs in it were great. But at least Human is better than Life Starts Now.
When you see the group or crowd your in, you can make a decision and difference to those around you. Believe it or not , a handshake or hug or a simple nod that we're all in this together. That's the most meaniful message
I think that this is one of the most powerful songs/ videos ever. Sounds better each time I hear it. Few tracks can withstand the test of time like this one. It tells me that I can get through life too. When I first heard this, I loved it, but I think that I may have misinterpreted it or taken it out if context. I was dwelling within the dark corners in life that were convenient for mewhenever I wanted to play victim and blame people or life for all of my shortcomings or defects of my character. Listening to this each time brings my confidence and self-esteem to a higher level each time. Sorry for getting off into the weeds with this. Bottom line is that I love AG & TDG and music therapy really works for me. Enjoy life everyone.
I think the reason people find it hard to accept a new singer is because (at least for me) I used alot of the old Three Days Grace songs to get over shit in my life. It has such emotional value that it really hurts to also "lose this support" if that makes sense. Not because we dont like the new guy or his voice...

I'm blown away by this amazing video. They really reminded me of 30 Seconds to Mars's music videos, that are nothing short of art by themselves. That strong message coupled with the people in the video was beautiful. Although I can see why one or two people were't able to understand all of it. Simply stunning.

This music video hits me hard...cause it reminds me of a time when i was in kindergarten people picked on me because I was a different person, and they thought that they would just mess with me and not give a f**k. But in third grade, i was getting consantly getting bullied by this kid...i cant remember his name but I proved to him that im not just a human thats different from everyone, so I punched him in the face and I gave em' a bloody nose without regreting it. And in 4th and 5th I was bullied but then they became my friends in 6th and this year. And you wanna know why people bully other people? Its because they don't know what's gonna happen to them when they get caught, or they will just realize that there's either no point in doing so, or just realizing that THEY are doing it. When I was in third grade, like I said before, I was picked on and I fought back...but when I was 6, my mom and dad got divorced in front of me and I remember crying for the past couple of days since it happened...that was the last time I ever cried. Then after a month or two, I was different...I lost everything...its like I didn't care about anything anymore...I mean I didn't wanna commit suicide or anything, but I felt like I cared about nothing and...I felt almost emotionless...i felt numb....then when 4th grade came around, (I had to move and go to a different school) I felt like I didn't belong anywhere and at the end of 5th grade, I discovered Three Days Grace, and I started listening to their music, the song "pain" helped me get most of my emotions back, and when I listened to "I am machine" it made me feel like I belonged somewhere, when i heard the full album human, that changed everything...it made me feel i wasn't the only one that was going through all of this...When 6th grade came around, I felt like I was normal..but i felt different inside...I was thinking that I was feeling emo...but no...it was something else...I was feeling edgy...and now, here I am on discord talking to my bros.....I sometimes wonder how I got through those times...and I sometimes imagine what it would of been like without three days Grace...without three days Grace, I wouldn't be here..I wouldn't be feeling emotion.....three days Grace changed my life...And this is why i admire three days grace...thank you...three days grace...you helped me find my way out of my past...and helped me move on...

First I hated becaus Adam left but when I listen to the new songs than I have to say sorry because It is still Awesome. The singer is great and maybe not so great as Adam but the drums and gitar sound make it still a 3DG band, and it stills feels that way, like nothing is change, I never expected that, that's a very great job. And I like this album very much.

Can we just appreciate that this is the most honest song and video for a long time? It's literally saying that no matter who you are people will try to hurt you, but under your clothes and make up, we're all humans in bodies of the same basic structure and we need to learn to live with that fact. I understand why people hate what matt has done because its not as edgey and hard as when adam was here. THe thing we have to understand is, One: the message this album was going for. One X was about Adam's personal life and it was a hard one that's why that one was so memorable. This is about humans and what it's like to be human. I like this album because it's more down to earth. It's not my favorite but I appreciate what they did with this and I loved when I saw them life in September. This isn't the old three days grace but it isn't trash either.

Three Days Grace is my favorite band still, but I wouldn't say the album was too great, it had maybe 4-5 good songs in it the rest seemed like filler, I kinda like Matt though just a different feel on the band. That said without any bias based on the vocalist this album doesn't even touch One-X, band's best album all the songs in it were great. But at least Human is better than Life Starts Now.

Dude, I actually thought Adam was singing for a second. Matt is pretty good after all. He's not Adam, but he does the job pretty well.
I think that this is one of the most powerful songs/ videos ever. Sounds better each time I hear it. Few tracks can withstand the test of time like this one. It tells me that I can get through life too. When I first heard this, I loved it, but I think that I may have misinterpreted it or taken it out if context. I was dwelling within the dark corners in life that were convenient for mewhenever I wanted to play victim and blame people or life for all of my shortcomings or defects of my character. Listening to this each time brings my confidence and self-esteem to a higher level each time. Sorry for getting off into the weeds with this. Bottom line is that I love AG & TDG and music therapy really works for me. Enjoy life everyone.
I think the reason people find it hard to accept a new singer is because (at least for me) I used alot of the old Three Days Grace songs to get over shit in my life. It has such emotional value that it really hurts to also "lose this support" if that makes sense. Not because we dont like the new guy or his voice...

I'm blown away by this amazing video. They really reminded me of 30 Seconds to Mars's music videos, that are nothing short of art by themselves. That strong message coupled with the people in the video was beautiful. Although I can see why one or two people were't able to understand all of it. Simply stunning.
Normally I hate when bands have new singers and will refuse to listen to their new stuff, but I am 100% all in for Matt being in the band. I love his work in his old band my Darkest Days, and I love Three Days Grace. I get the best of both worlds here 💖💖💖

This song has affected so many to think more clearly about life that any church has in the past 300 years. Imagine that!
This music video hits me hard...cause it reminds me of a time when i was in kindergarten people picked on me because I was a different person, and they thought that they would just mess with me and not give a f**k. But in third grade, i was getting consantly getting bullied by this kid...i cant remember his name but I proved to him that im not just a human thats different from everyone, so I punched him in the face and I gave em' a bloody nose without regreting it. And in 4th and 5th I was bullied but then they became my friends in 6th and this year. And you wanna know why people bully other people? Its because they don't know what's gonna happen to them when they get caught, or they will just realize that there's either no point in doing so, or just realizing that THEY are doing it. When I was in third grade, like I said before, I was picked on and I fought back...but when I was 6, my mom and dad got divorced in front of me and I remember crying for the past couple of days since it happened...that was the last time I ever cried. Then after a month or two, I was different...I lost everything...its like I didn't care about anything anymore...I mean I didn't wanna commit suicide or anything, but I felt like I cared about nothing and...I felt almost emotionless...i felt numb....then when 4th grade came around, (I had to move and go to a different school) I felt like I didn't belong anywhere and at the end of 5th grade, I discovered Three Days Grace, and I started listening to their music, the song "pain" helped me get most of my emotions back, and when I listened to "I am machine" it made me feel like I belonged somewhere, when i heard the full album human, that changed everything...it made me feel i wasn't the only one that was going through all of this...When 6th grade came around, I felt like I was normal..but i felt different inside...I was thinking that I was feeling emo...but no...it was something else...I was feeling edgy...and now, here I am on discord talking to my bros.....I sometimes wonder how I got through those times...and I sometimes imagine what it would of been like without three days Grace...without three days Grace, I wouldn't be here..I wouldn't be feeling emotion.....three days Grace changed my life...And this is why i admire three days grace...thank you...three days grace...you helped me find my way out of my past...and helped me move on...

First I hated becaus Adam left but when I listen to the new songs than I have to say sorry because It is still Awesome.
The singer is great and maybe not so great as Adam but the drums and gitar sound make it still a 3DG band, and it stills feels that way, like nothing is change, I never expected that, that's a very great job.

Can we just appreciate that this is the most honest song and video for a long time? It's literally saying that no matter who you are people will try to hurt you, but under your clothes and make up, we're all humans in bodies of the same basic structure and we need to learn to live with that fact. This song is so true to the world and uses nudity to express that we are all human, which so many commenters saying censorship is aimed at the wrong thing are missing.... this isn't some sort of emo porn, it's the truth about how this human race treats each other and it's sickening how true the whole video and lyrics are

I understand why people hate what matt has done because its not as edgey and hard as when adam was here. THe thing we have to understand is, One: the message this album was going for. One X was about Adam's personal life and it was a hard one that's why that one was so memorable. This is about humans and what it's like to be human. I like this album because it's more down to earth. It's not my favorite but I appreciate what they did with this and I loved when I saw them life in September. This isn't the old three days grace but it isn't trash either.
