I've discovered the way to unlocking my confidence and putting on presentations that I'm proud of is to remind myself that everyone else also hates presentations and is usually rubbish at them too, so it really doesn't take much effort at all to put on an outstanding presentation and impress everyone.

Without science and hacking, I've found to begin with it helps to completely disassociate from the topic and simply let it flow through you as if you were a radio with an antenna to the Source. The knowledge is here, the words exist, just allow it all to flow through you.
