I got the same pressure washer except I’m missing the air filter and outside of the air box. It would only run on choke so I followed your video. Put it back together it runs better still trouble running without choke. Would the filter and air box make it run better?
This seems to be the fix my pressure washer needs. Started and stopped after spraying cleaner in carb. Then chord won’t pull anymore.
Wish me luck because I’ve never done any type of work like this 😂

1.there are 3 different socket sizes 13/16 3/4 and 5/8 i think yours is 13/16
2. so there is no perfect science other than taking your carb apart and oiling. best way i can come up with is ( use non ethanol fuel, when done use till it runs out of gas. when it runs out choke it and run again till all gas is used up. you go to use it again later it may leak fuel but you can tap the carb with a wrench and free up the needle valve.

I used a tig tip cleaner little rods for the carb jets.
Works great acrually.
But the low jet seems something is stuck in it well.
Even with way to much force, i couldnt clear it.
Tryjng to find a replacement carb but i think i need one with the auto choke

@@PlayerWinJay i use it all the time. One bottle does like 50 carbs. Couple drops let boil rinse with brake cleaner repeat as needed
Hey I really need your help!!! I took my carb of and cleaned everything but it's still not starting and idk what else to try!!! And yes I made sure all the tiny jet holes was not clogged
check spark. if you spray carb cleaner in the carb will it start and shut off?
@@smallengineguys nope won't start at all like it's not getting spark...now I took the spark plug out but had it connected to the ignition cable and tried to start to see if it spark and it did but it was a super small spark like really small not like in your video
could be a valve adjustment. low on compression.
Make sure those valve your pulling out have holes in them so gas can get through

I took mine apart it looks perfectly clean inside idk what's wrong 😐
I'd invest in an ultrasonic cleaner and let the vibration break down the debris. I would pour gum out carb cleaner or heavy-duty degreaser for 15 minutes.
you should do videos and show us how your shop would manage to clean around 20 carbs a day using this small investment or how cheap this machine would be for an individual cleaning there carb one time
@@smallengineguys Buy a 30-liter ultrasonic cleaner and put each carburetor in a ziplock or garbage bag with a degreaser. Problem solved.

yep unfortunately that's what happens. I've never been successful at reviving these but to be honest its only 100 bucks for a new one so i haven really tried to hard eitheramzn.to/3t1fyHD

When I put it back together, I can not move the choke in & out & I still can't start the engine. Help? What is the sequence of the last 2 gaskets, the thick rubber & the paper thin gasket?
the gasket that fell out at 0:49 goes between the carb and air filter assembly bigger paper gasket goes between carb and isolator block 1:53 also make sure choke arm is on outside of carb choke
@@smallengineguys - around 13:40 so the thick rubber gasket is the isolator block. Is the paper gasket behind or in front of the isolator block? Thx.
there should be one on each side of the isolator block amzn.to/3NCj2tB square behind it usually. sometimes its a round one
Can I use Wd-40 as a substitute for that 14 Karot Gold testing solution acid cleaner u used? Or could I just let it soak in Carb cleaner for an hour or so?
use a single wire out of a wire wheel to poke out the jet then rinse with carb or brake cleaner
