yes like most beach communities for the uber rich.... go east of I-5 still get a ocean view and be 5 mins to the freeway and never have to hunt for a parking space

This past weekend, I just visited the San Diego area including Oceanside. I was amazed by the boom of what used to be a sleepy, seaside town.
