Thank You, ever since I was a kid I knew I was different, I always viewed and processed the world in the micro so I could better understand the macro. Unfortunately all my life I was continually told this was wrong, that I was broken. I believed them so I accepted what they said, and tried most of my life to change myself. I was constantly stumbling, constantly being frustrated with myself and to the point of hating myself. Now I know why. I was trying to try change who I was and who was born to be. I cant say thank you enough. What Ive learned through you has revealed to me was that there was never anything wrong with me. I was just being misunderstood and being defined as flawed because I didn't fit in the predetermined box. Popularity has always been a major red flag for me that was to be avoided and questioned. I will forever remember this point in my life as a moment of clarity when I feel the feelings of self doubt and used this moment when its time for a recharge and self-reflection. Thank you.

One thing that was never mention here is the fact that when we are forced to ask for help we always give something back as a reminder of our appreciation, maybe a gift or an invite to a show or a meal or a promise to help that person in whatever they may need and we always keep that promise even years later or even if it cost us more than the value of the favor we have received. And the strangest part is that we do it because we owe it to ourselves.
I have no clue if I’m a sigma. I check off most of the boxes, but not all. My gaze is troubling because people have troubles looking me in the eye. They get nervous and look away, So I’ve learned to avoid too much of a strong eye contact - but that confuses them. They think I’m not paying attention.
It's not about rushing, but walking with purpose. If i decided I'm going from point A to point B, i want to get there efficiently. I plan efficient trajectories trough moving crowds. I hit nobody. While I'm walking I enjoy meditating and explore inner space. If something catches attention, it's not to blame about distraction, but an occasion to observe and undestand depths of meaning about a minor detail others would slip trough unnoticed.
I hate it sometimes because I feel like there's a spot light on me..also I'm so high energy and ADHD/always thinking so deeply I can tell people until they know me are almost suspicious or unsure of me
Do you have a sense of humor about being unable to form a complete & comprehensible sentence? Comprehensible to anyone other than YOU, I mean. NEVER use a preposition without having used the noun it refers to first. NOBODY will know what "IT" refers to.
Agree 100%. Just sharing a recent discovery. My suffering (not physical pain), is due to my judgement about events, things, people, behaviours, current affairs etc. I am working on giving up any judgement. 🙏
I think this is a phase most sigmas go through. We're analytical and thirst for knowledge, so we absorb as much information about events, things, people, behaviors, current events, etc. and form judgements when they don't line up with our own conclusions. Most sigmas grow out of this phase when we realize the only thing we have control over is ourselves and our reactions to said stimuli. Many of us do suffer concerning ourselves with the world's problems, but that fades once you realize that other people in the world are not like us and don't see a correct path and will only continue to make the same mistakes so there is no reason to waste any of our mental capacity on them.

you say 6 out of 10 but dont ever forget we judge ourselves too strongly from now on a 8 out of 10 but in the ones that love you eyes a 100 out of 10 its about right. :D
Sigmas are bothered by everything and everyone, lacrimae mundi, but they know they cannot influence many things, they don't have a group mind or tend to group, so they know some problems of the society are unsolvable. Also, they don't want to "spoil the mood" of others with unnecessary negativity of the world problems, and also sigmas pretend better then the average volk not to be bothered by a certain things. While the most people are willingly ignorant of the world problems, or address them black and white, pro and against - like they do with their favorite football teams, sigmas are completely conscious, but are at peace with their findings.
I find that I walk faster when I am thinking intensely. I navigate to my destination on automatic and often have 2 or more topics, problems and trains of thought at once. My wife tugs my arm to slow me down so she can keep up, it’s our signal 😎😂
Sigma walk as described here is very different from the Alpha male. Slow, distinct. said to show confidence by not being in a hurry. Seems to me then the pace at which 1 chooses has nothing to do with confidence but the impression they might give off relys on other factors

I believe the strongest Sigma trait is opposition to social norms. Others are scared to challenge the system, you see an opportunity for positive conflict. In this one builds and fosters an environment for growth for everyone. The second trait is genuine empathy, your "payback" is seeing the encouragement in others and opening their perspective. A sigma is aware that their individual lack of internal self-confidence is simply a shadow trait, it is seen as mere illusion and dismissed.
"Instead of dwelling on problems, Sigma Males are always a step ahead, thinking about solutions and the best way forward." This is second nature to me and I am sure to most sigma males. We can see solutions quickly and clearly and I have no doubt it baffles many of those individuals that are around us. This video is spot on with the characteristics of a sigma male. Very well done.

I’ve sat back and observed many many people over the past few years. And what I’ve learned as the sigma male/lone wolf was that most people subscribe to group think and largely act and behave in fairly predictable ways. If you have a sound understanding of human nature then you can pretty much manipulate and manuever just about anyone without their knowing. When a sigma walks in, people don't say it, but they start observing the sigma. They are searching for the reason they felt that cold unease ripple throughout their beings. Little do they know, that feeling of uncertainty is yet unnamed, and yet is an innate attribute of the sigma. In addition, this strange feeling upon a sigma entering the room is completely unique, only present in the rare sigma typing.
I began a new job recently and there’s about the same amount of males as female coworkers. Well there’s this one guy who’s the unspoken alpha of the department. He’s young, tall, muscular, masculine, and extremely good looking with a very full thick beard to match. I can tell that he has his way with women and he’s probably going to inherit some type of leadership position in the future, but I always notice him staring at me. He even goes out of his way to bump into me which is how I know I’m somehow on his radar. I’m sure it’s because I haven’t validated him yet, most alpha males attract both male and female suitors, so he’s not used to anyone not bowing down and introducing themselves to him. Me on the other hand from a physical standpoint we’re equally attractive except that he’s got the height advantage. I’m perplexing him because although I’m not an alpha male, I elicit the same reactions from people and I don’t have to assert my dominance or work for their attention. Anyway I always catch him checking me out almost like he’s dying to come and talk to me too but I guess he continues looking in my direction because he hasn’t yet figured out my secret: That secret being that my confidence lies in the fact that I do not need nor am I looking to seek his personal approval. I may not be an alpha but I’m a sigma and I sense a mutual respect between us. That’s how I can tell if another man has good character or not, when he can sense that I’m probably equally as bad ass as he is, minus the challenge or dcik measuring contests. Men respect other men when their confidence is organic and not forced. Although I don’t much care for hierarchies, I do acknowledge that they exist but because I’ve learned one of life’s secrets, the fact that you cannot please everyone, I don’t have to waste valuable time playing the traditional social game. A beautiful drop dead gorgeous lover told me just yesterday verbatim that I “can force her to submit” without her understanding why. It’s the sigma in me Baby 😉 👊🏽
People I walk with (e.g. my wife) would complain about my speed and ask me to slow down and then start talking drama. I think part of the reasoning for my fast pace is to force walking companions to pay attention to the fast paced walk which is a challenge than need brain power, to divert their brain power away from drama. For similar reason I drive car fast as well, it's a more intense brain activity that requires more focus and attention, which i can divert away from listening to drama i'm not interested in, if i have other people in the car performing small talk.
I suffered this in meetings. The second thing that occoured was every man in the room through the meeting always delivered a challenge, that was subdued quickly and the next one in the pecking order would start. Over time women once they had achieved male status in management also started to do this.

Sigma here. I think i have fast pace when walking with someone to divert some of their brain power away from drama into concentration on paying attention to avoid obstacles. I overload their senses so that they hopefully cut off unuseful drama and offer meaningful conversations instead.

That someone would be more intelligent than another person just because he or she walks faster you say? I doubt it. ;) Some of your videos are OK but it's not uncommon you get the facts wrong. I usually put the thumbs up on your videos, but this one felt sloppy, in my opinion.
Like with anything, nothing is always 100%. There are always exceptions. It's not that people are smarter BECAUSE they walk faster, but it's a correlation found that more intelligent people tend to walk faster. There have been studies that point to this being the case. Try using the "Triangle Gaze" technique more often until it becomes natural and easy....takes the edge off our eyes....

Rushing around is NOT a sign of a well thought out plan, and is not indicative of being/having importance/status. The king doesn't have to run, he simply walks with purpose. It's the kings fool that runs when summoned.

That someone would be more intelligent than another person just because he or she walks faster you say? I doubt it. ;) Some of your videos are OK but it's not uncommon you get the facts wrong. I usually put the thumbs up on your videos, but this one felt sloppy, in my opinion.
Like with anything, nothing is always 100%. There are always exceptions. It's not that people are smarter BECAUSE they walk faster, but it's a correlation found that more intelligent people tend to walk faster. There have been studies that point to this being the case. As with anything, you are free to do your own research on this! Cheers.
