your videos are very accurate, but i find it hard to agree with point 2, about being motivated by competition. if you think about it, it goes against the trait of not needing social approval, and being goal focussed - being coerced into certain actions (which is a requirement of competition) is not a motivator for sigmas, it's one for alphas or wannabe alphas. we just do what needs to be done, regardless of winning. my competitors are observed and, if we have aligned goals, we become partners
