Most definitely yes. A few people have made that mistake and have tried to push me beyond my boundaries. They've found out the hard way how wrong they were.
Many of us were raised by extremely dysfunctional people, so we are very much from the school of hard knocks, it becomes second nature to us dealing with nasty people. We know all the games and how to circumvent them. You are correct we are in to win ( survive ) and we play the long game better than most. We are not quitters either!

I am 39, ride a BMX bike to work and have the body of Wolverine with the face of Dominic Monighan yet very short at 5 foot 4 but, that 3 mile bike ride to and from work uphill both ways over the past 6 months have given me an amazing physique and people notice me more than ever. All the doubters said I wouldn't last, yet all those bullies who crossed my path always got dealt with. They did't know I was absolutely determined and in it to win it and playing the long game. They always regretted their bad behavior around me.I earned the respect at work over these past 6 months and have grown into a little beast of a man. Now people definitely do not fuck with me. And you are absolutely right, I had a bad go at life early on and landed in prison at 19. Taught me to clean up my act and be a better human being early on in life.

These are absolutely the people I cannot stand. Especially the Manipulators, Liars and the Bullies. Overly Competitive people can easily be outwitted to look like fools. Those who underestimate us now will be sorry in the end because of our patience to conquer our goals. The other two can EASILY be ignored with silence. It pisses them off to no end.

Only because we are close do they get to stay. I always encourage them to find solutions; I help them find solutions -- complaining gets you nowhere. Bro what you said was true but there is something more to that, most sigmas know this or they will eventually, even if we destroy the liars and the manipulative people we don't always win, because it's up to each person individually to actually see the truth and their real face behind their masks (I too have actually lived this situation)
I think in general we have a high level of self awareness, but accepting+embracing the dark of our nature can be as difficult to accept with sigmas as it can with everyone else. As much as i refrain from detroying the narcissist+alpha type, when i do i get great pleasure+satisfaction from it. Equally i get the same pleasure+satisfaction from helpin those i wish to, when i can. It is the balance we all face. On a personal level i do enjoy the darker side of my nature more, its a lot easier to maintain.

Most people want to have discussions about what they know nothing about so therefore I allow them to represent themselves and when I decide to ask questions about their belief system they are stuck in a quiet stoic unresponsive repetitive response system and they know nothing about what they wanted to discuss.... This is very pathetic that it is literally 75 to 80% of people that are like this and it simply because they're following the herd mentality and all due respect that is pathetic and disgusting...

I knew who she were behind the mask, then she dumped me, posted a facebook profile picture with the man she was cheating on me with as her new boyfriend 2 weeks after and then proceeded to smear my name where ever she could painting me as a big bad wolf. They are quick to move on to the new supply they were hiding for x time when discovered. With the new supply that don't know who they really are they can suck their energy unbothered until they get unmasked and then repeat the cycle with another supply... They are disgusting creatures.
