Nice comparison! I picked up a standard P365 (with safety) about a month ago, and I'm hooked!! I pocket-carry, so the flat 10rd mag rides in the gun*, with a 17rd'er for reload. 28 pills is very comforting! If I belt-carried, that XL would also be a dream come true. Given the chassis system, it may be practical to buy the XL barrel/slide group and grip frame, then assemble them with the fire control group (the actual firearm, with the serial number) to make a curved trigger XL! It depends on what you need.😎 *Even with my average/large hands I can get a good grip with that flat baseplate.
Very nice man! I have the Macro now and I’m really debating about getting another small normal 365 that I can pocket carry bc the macro has just become too big from the original.
@@leverBoyluke The XL and Macro have also just about ruined me for 'full-size' pistols...when you can get 17+1 in a P365 pattern gun, who needs something like a P320?? Well, really large hands, I guess...
I am with you on the curved trigger, our fingers are curved. Someone came up with the straight just to be different and people followed. That's like putting a square shifter knob on your car/truck.😂
XL is better it’s not even a question, except for the trigger. The trigger is debatable and 365 is much smoother trigger in my experience. But if you are buying today just get the XL trust me unless you are unusually skinny or need the absolute deepest concealment. If we are comparing the 10 round pinky extender on the 365 vs the flush fit XL 12 rounders, the extra grip on the back of the XL is so significant. It helps so much in terms of a good grip. Remember the XL is still very much smaller than a Glock 19 so keep that in mind. You will appreciate the size of the XL trust me Consider the additional sight radius, the fact that it is optics ready, the flared magwell, the additional FPS gained from a barrel that is over a half inch longer (small difference but it still matters when we are talking 3.1 vs 3.7 inches) And if you really really need that short barrel, just get the p365 X! So really there is a good market for each one
Selling a gun to your mom is straight savage mode 😂😅
She got a bargain price lol
@@leverBoyluke 😂smh🤣
Get the 14 round extension for the XL from magguts.
@@Black973000GTVR4 Hey brother i definitely want to get that! It’s been on my bucket list! Thanks!
@@leverBoyluke I just bought 2, the will be here next week. Super stoked
@ hell yeah man!
So, are your thoughts still the same on the XL? Are you still carrying it?
I sold the XL and got the Macro but I don’t like the Macro at all so I’m going back to the XL, it’s the best size for me!
@@leverBoyluke Okay, please do a follow up video, your thought process on going back to the XL instead of something different would be interesting!
The xl is still small in my hand I like the slimness too
Try out the rubber hogue grip

Haha right?! Curved just feels the best
Sold his P365 to his Mom ? Is this man serious -- that's really a thing ? 😆
She got it at a bargain price. What’s the problem?
I sure hope you have her a bargain. She gave YOU life ! 😛
I have a hogue laser grip on a 9 mm 1911 it’s amazing I’m thinking about getting one of these and I’m glad to hear hogue makes gripes for em
Yeah that hogue grip thickens that tiny grip up nicely on both of them.

@@stevef4930 Thanks for the feedback man! Appreciate you
I put the hogue on my XL & love it.
Feels great!
My XL prints more than my CZP01, believe it or not. It’s heavier, but it stays hidden better.
Man thats crazy but great info thanks!
That FDE tho... 🤘
