    Very nice building and shed. I inherited my fathers metal shed. It is not nearly as nice as yours. It started out as a 15' car shed, was upgraded to a 40 foot motor home shed, was moved to another site, was enclosed at 45 feet with a door, and I just extended it out to 65 feet. It is 20 foot wide so extending the slides is no issue. The biggest issue is that the concrete was poured after the building was enclosed. That's all he could afford at the time. After that he poured an additional 25 feet out front of which I just enclosed 20 feet of it. Thanks for the video.

    Nice. Red is attractive and reminiscent of 19th century barns BUT no matter who makes the paint or metal coating, red will fade the fastest. It's pure physics. Red absorbs more of the sun's energy.

I have to pay to park my rv 30 minutes from my house and when I park it in front of my house to load it or to do any work to it I can only park there from 8am to 8pm. @@TollesonLife LOL, I realized after reading the comment I left, further explanation is required. I have a nice home. Not a mansion but nice. My kids are grown and gone so it's time for the Mrs and I to dial it back to just what we need. It'll be a smaller house. I have a two car garage but my RV doesn't fit in anything. Even if it did, I live in an HOA community and our bilaws state we can only have RVs on the lot for 72 hrs then they have to be moved off the lot for at least five days. We keep our RV at a storage facility. It's safe but it's about 20 minutes from our home. We'd like to have the RV on our property to use as a guest cottage for family when they visit. So, scale down plan is, smaller house, bigger garage!

    Your coach is probably 8 1/2 wide excluding mirrors. Would be nice to have full hookups too. You are lucky to live in a community where they allow you to have such a structure.
    Forgot to ask earlier. Are you using the satellite system on the roof and the Winegard Connect system? We don’t plan to get those options. If we want satellite we’ll get a portable one.

    Really a nice looking building. Did you add full-hookups (water/elec/sewer) to the garage? Why no roll-up door? Seems that would help keep the interior cleaner (depending on wind direction) and would "hide" whether you were home or on the road. Y'all Be Safe!

    How do you get in or out of the RV when it is in the garage????I would have had a door into the garage part that lines up with the motor home door. I also would have had a vent at the back to expel diesel exhaust when you warm up the unit.I know yours is gas but still makes exhaust and I suspect a diesel rig is in your future.

    • @KJRitch
      @KJRitch 5 лет назад

      Decided not to buy after taking the test drive. There was an obnoxious noise in the drive train or rear tires at 55 to 60mph, a whine that is present at those speeds. Test drove another 34PA and it had the same issue. Not sure if a lack of sound deadening. We test drove a Newmar 37’ Bay Star about a month ago and don’t recollect any such noise. Notice black paint peeling from one of the side view mirrors also.

      Your 34ua is on the 252” wheelbase chassis. Do you hear any tire or drive rain whine or howl around 55 to 65mph that seems to come from behind the cockpit area? Our PDI tech drove us out to the highway and as soon as he hit those speeds I said, “what is that noise? I wasn’t looking for it but it was that loud and a distinctive change in the ambient normal road noise. Thanks.
