Go to settings>Local Files>Turn toggle to on>Choose where you want spotify to pull your computer's local files from 2. Copy the link of this video and paste it into a video to mp3 audio converter (it can be any website but be careful about the sketchy ones as they might have viruses) 3. Download the mp3 converted file to your computer 4. Go to your library in spotify, if the local file toggle is turned on, you should see a playlist that is named "Local Files" 5. Find this mp3 converted song in the playlist and add it to whatever playlist you listen to. If the song is not there then you probably downloaded the song to another folder; check your OS's operating system file application and search for the mp3 file, move it to another spot that will be detected by spotify's local files detection system (the default is simply "Downloads")
Maybe then record pc screen and convert it on a gif on some websites... anyway this picture reminds me on those we had back on old nokias and shared via infrared... cheers m8!

na bro, its a cinematic effect. This happens when the camera FPS is just a bit slower than the RPM of the wheels, so it looks like their spinning backwards. Alternatively, if the camera FPS was the same as the wheel RPM, it would look like the wheels are not moving. Im sure there are videos explaining this in more detail
