1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (57 g)
1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries
1/4 cup white chocolate (43 g)
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp malted milk powder (31 g + 16 g)
pinch salt
Strawberry Ice Cream Bars
2 cups strawberries (285 g)
2 Tbsp sugar (25 g)
1/4 tsp salt
juice from half a lemon
1 cup heavy cream (240 g)
1/4 cup greek yogurt (65 g)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (153 g)
