I think I have the same food processor. Even the lowest speed is too fast and is hurls the contents around the bowl so that there isn't enough contact with the blades. Pain the butt of a machine.

Where is the red dark color filling that's in the Good humor bar because instead of using the strawberry ice cream I think you should have used raspberry sherbet to spread in your pie to give it that red dark ice cream effect like the human bar has because the pink looking strawberry ice cream it's not similar to the dark red filling in the good human bar

I’m not even pretending like a cook or make shit at home. I’m not saying my opinion needs to matter but you’re lying to yourself if you think that ice cream is without flaw.
The breadcrumb base is too little rationed for that mammoth size middle section of ice cream. That’s like brain freeze x13. The ice cream layer was way too deep. Needed a whole lot less and it would’ve been perfect
Not even gonna lie to you. Right after this video I threw all these square cuts into a container with a lid and smashed them all together and just at ate it like regular ice cream.
